Accoglienza e disponibilità in tutto e per tutto eccezionali da Marcellina. La ns cagnolina trattata come una principessa.Le camere da letto si trovano al piano inferiore, quindi da tenere presente che ci sono diverse scale per eccedervi. La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti.Durante il nostro soggiorno, La batteria della auto è morta, abbiamo ricevuto immediatamente ed efficacemente tutto il supporto necessario per risolvere il problema. Siamo state proprio bene, quindi: consigliabile.

Casa bella ed in posizione tranquilla, proprietari molto cordiali. Unica pecca la strada che porta alla proprietà è tutta dissestata ed anche il verde è lasciato senza cure Il Comune di Castiadas dovrebbe fare qualcosa.

Carissime, siamo contenti che abbiate trascorso una bella vacanza nella nostra casa che ci impegniamo a rendere sempre più accogliente e funzionale, ma i nostri sforzi contrastano con l'immobilismo del Comune di Castiadas che, come voi dite, trascura le nostre strade interne, ormai molto dissestate. sehr schönes Haus

Marcellina und Piero sind sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieter. Das Haus ist sehr gut und hübsch eingerichtet. Im Freien bietet ein grosser Olivenbaum angenehmen Schatten. Die Umgebung ist dicht besiedelt, bietet aber eine gute Privatshäre. Insgesamt haben wir uns 3 Wochen weitgehend wohl gefühlt, der Strand ist ein Traum, der Weg dorthin angenehm. Die Ruhe, die wir erhofft hatten, fanden wir nicht! Daran hatten unsere Vermieter wirklich keine Schuld, für uns aber recht unangenehm! Eine nahe Baustelle, Montag bis Freitag Mittag Presslufthammer-, Kreissägekrach usw. Und gegenüber eine laut lärmende Familie. Hinweis: Die Zufahrtsstrasse ist stark beschädigt, also vorsichtig fahren.

Grazie Ernestine e Klaus per le belle parole nei nostri confronti e anche per la nostra casa e la zona di Cala Sinzias che è davvero bellissima. Avere vicino una famiglia con bambini non è un problema; piuttosto siamo molto dispiaciuti per il disagio che avete subìto a causa dei lavori edili di un vicino di casa che ha avuto un grosso danno alle tubazioni e dunque ha dovuto smantellare i pavimenti, arrecando disturbo ai villeggianti come voi; purtroppo questi sono inconvenienti eccezionali che possono succedere anche in una zona tranquilla come la nostra. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, perfekt zum Entspannen

Wir haben 2 Wochen an der Costa Rei verbracht und waren rund um zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft, unsere Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sehr schön und hatte alles was man zu einem entspannenden Urlaub benötigt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, die Lage nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt war super. Nachts war es sehr ruhig. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder dieses Haus mieten wenn wir nach Sardinien zurückkehren.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana dal 16 al 23 giugno 2018.Eravamo due coppie e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sia per la casa che è risultata molto vivibile e in posizione molto comoda per l'accesso alla splendida spiaggia di Cala Sinzias, sia per l'accoglienza riservataci dai proprietari che si sono sempre dimostrati molto disponibili nel soddisfare le nostre richieste e estremamente gentili.Raccomandiamo,per chi è intenzionato, ad utilizzare questa struttura adatta anche per famiglie con bambini.

Villetta Silibba semplicemente fantastica

Casa conforme alla descrizione, non manca di nulla. È molto grande e, per una famiglia di quattro persone è veramente comoda e spaziosa. Ha due bagni entrambi con doccia, una cucina nuova con sala da pranzo molto grande. Le due camere da letto sono al piano inferiore e per questo molto fresche. Il patio con tavolo è grande e garantisce una assoluta privacy. C'è anche la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto all'interno della proprietà. La cortesia e discrezione dei signori Piero e Lina è impeccabile! La meravigliosa spiaggia è raggiungibile a pochi minuti a piedi. Super consigliata per una vacanza all'insegna della tranquillità in un posto meraviglioso. Patrizia V.

Ottima casa per le vacanze

Ottima casa vacanze, vicinissima alla splendida spiaggia di Cala Sinzias, che si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti. Noi eravamo in 4 più un bambino e abbiamo trovato gli spazi adeguati, ci sono due bagni di cui uno finestrato. All'esterno c'è un portico e un cortile con barbecue e anche una doccia esterna. In tutte le stanze ci sono ventilatori a soffitto, indispensabili soprattutto la notte, perché la casa tende ad accumulare molto il calore del sole. Gentili e disponibili i proprietari Lina e Piero. Torneremo sicuramente in altre occasioni!

Ottimo giudizio!

La casa è molto grande e ben attrezzata. Silenziosa e confortevole per chi cerca la tranquillità. Il sig. Piero e sua moglie sono molto gentili e disponibili. Il mare è raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti di piacevole passeggiata, attraverso il sentiero pedonale. Cala Sinzias è la più bella Cala delle vicinanze, il mare e i colori sono quelli che solo la Sardegna può avere..... comunque in pochi minuti in auto si possono raggiungere anche altre calette molto belle da vedere A pochi km da Costa Rei e da Villasimius si può trovare ogni tipo di negozio. Non solo la consiglierei ma spero anche di poterci tornare il prossimo anno!

Consigliatissima!

La casa è grande e comodissima per le 6 persone che prevede di ospitare. E' dotata di una sala/cucina, due camere da letto e due bagni. Io ho adorato particolarmente la veranda coperta per mangiare all'esterno. Lo spazio all'aperto è grande e utile per i bambini. IL mare è raggiungibile a piedi, e inoltre Cala Sinzias è bellissima, mare sardo doc. Inoltre da li a qualche km, a Nord e a Sud sono raggiungibili in macchina le migliori spiagge sarde del sud occidente della sardegna. Piero è stato gentile, cortese e disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza. Consiglio vivamente questa casa!

Consigliatissima!

La casa è grande, comoda e agevole per sei persone. Ben curata dai proprietari che si sono dimostrati gentili, cortesi e disponibili. Ha un'ampia sala/cucina con dimensioni ben lontane dalle solite case estive, due camere da letto e due bagni. Io ho adorato la veranda coperta col tavolo e le sedie per mangiare comodamente all'aperto. Dotata di tutti i confort, barbecue e un giardino comodo per i giochi dei bimbi in caso di famiglie che ne abbiamo. Cala Sinzias distante di li a poco è splendida, e a prescindere, se dotati di macchina, potete raggiungere anche altre spiagge a nord e a sud della casa, tantissime e meravigliose peraltro. Grazie per la cortesia a Piero che è stato chiaro e gentile nella consegna della casa.

Wunderschöner Urlaub, Erholung pur

Wir waren für 15 Tage in Casa Glicine (2 Nächte) und Villetta Silibba in Cala Sinzias und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, und befindet sich nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom wunderschönen Strand von Cala Sinzias entfernt. Die Beschreibung im Internet trifft vollkommen zu. Villetta Silibba ist wirklich geeignet für eine Familie mit 2 jugendlichen Kindern. Die zwei frischen Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss bieten einen willkommenen Schütz für die heißen Sommernachmittage und Nächte. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben vor allem die Terrasse mit dem Grill sehr genossen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden Voll und Ganz erfüllt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Personen. Am Strand befindet sich ein sehr gutes Restaurant und ein Diving Centre mit professionellen Tauchlehrern, das für unseren 18-jähringen Sohn das Highlight des Urlaubs dargestellt hat. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wieder selbst dort wohnen. Vielen Dank für Alles an Lina und Piero.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir (Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern) waren eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus in Cala Sinzias und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht, gut ausgestattete Küche, schöne Veranda, gute Betten, zwei Bäder, schönen Hof, in dem die Kinder spielen können, Grill, etc.. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette und unkomplizierte Leute. Den Strand kann man zu Fuß gut erreichen und er ist wirklich wunderschön. Anfang Juni ist es auch noch recht leer, wir hatten viel Platz und man konnte auch schon gut im Meer baden. Der Chiosco am Strand lohnt sich auch einmal für ein Abendessen (wir waren überrascht). Ansonsten gibt es eine nette, familienfreundliche Trattoria in der Nähe. Alles in allem können wir das Haus und die Gegend nur empfehlen!

Maison agréable

Maison agréable, idéale pour une famille de 4 personnes, avec un bon rapport qualité/prix pour cette saison (octobre). Les 2 salles de bain sont appréciables, et la terrasse ombragée également pour des déjeuners à l'ombre. La plage située à 5 minutes à pied est belle et permet de profiter de la mer sans prendre la voiture. La maison est néanmoins isolée de tout magasin (notamment d'alimentation).

très bon gîte

Le gîte "Glycine" est spacieux, agréable et fonctionnel. Il est composé de 2 chambres avec 2 salles de bains. Belle terrasse ombragée extérieure et barbecue. A 300 m d'une plage magnifique et peu peuplée la semaine, même en juillet. La Propriétaire est sympathique et parle un peu le français.

Urlaub mit Kleinkindern

Ideal für einen Strandurlaub mit Familie (2 Kinder: 2,5 Jahre und 7 Monate alt). Sehr kinderfreundliche Vermieter, die sich um alles kümmern. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet (vor allem die Küche). Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, obwohl die Wohnung am Berg liegt. Allerdings benötigt man sicherlich ein Auto, da Cala Sinzias etwas abseits liegt. Der Strand ist wirklich sehr schön. 100% empfehlenswert!

Perfekter Familienurlaub mit Kleinkind

Das Ferienaparment "Il Clicine" in Cala Sinzias ist der perfekte Ort für einen entspannten Familienurlaub auf Sardinien. Das Apartment ist eigentlich ein eigener kleiner Bugalow mit Garten (kein Rasen, aber Naturstein) und Terrasse. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, eine große Wohnküche mit Gasherd und Backofen, Fernseher, DVD Payer, CD Player und einen Grill. Alles ist perfekt ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Man bekommt Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Toilettenpapier - was nicht immer üblich ist. Für unseren 2,5 Jahre alten Sohn stand ein Babybett bereit und sogar Sandspielzeug. Die Besitzer sind sehr, sehr gastfreundlich und kümmern sich mit Liebe um Ihr Anwesen. Der Strand ist nur 250 m entfernt - man läuft durch einen kleinen Pinienwald und kommt dann direkt an die traumhafte Bucht. In der Woche ist der Strand sehr ruhig (Juni), nur am Wochenende ist er von Einheimischen gut besucht. Es gibt eine perfekte, tolle Strandbar mit Spielplatz und Sitzsäcken. Man lehnt sich entspannt mit einem kühlen Getränk zurück und lässt die Kinder auf dem Spielplatz toben. Herrlich und zu 100 % zu empfehlen!

Nice place

Great place for a get-away. Pros Lovely place - in a very peaceful road. Great having 2 bathrooms. Owners very welcoming and helpful both while in Sardinia and with general communication before we left. Beaches in the area are wonderful every one we visited had nice clean sand with rock outcrops round the edges - made for great sunbathing and snorkeling For those nervous of driving abroad like me - I found it easy and pleasurable with very few cars on the road. Hired car from Airport easy and quick. Weather was great in October 26C and sunny all day. Evenings only dropped to about 20C Cons The apartment is up a very steep hill and I would say more then 250m from beach. My wife who has trouble walking could not walk to beach - had to drive down hill then walk. Not sure if older people would have same problem. October is quieter but seemed like supermarkets had limited food (best shop in CAGLIARI in Hypermarket) Was not that impressed with restaurant food - I think I was expecting Italian food but got Sardinian which I did not enjoy as much. Would I go again - In a shot - loved it!

Schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr ruhiges und schönes Ferienhaus. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war alles vorhanden um die Ferien geniessen zu können. Wunderschöner Strand war zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Kleine Anmerkung, im August ist es sehr heiss. Pascal, Philippe und Anhang

Cari Pascal, Philippe e familiari, Grazie per la Vostra dimostrazione d'affetto nei nostri confronti. Mi fa molto piacere che vi sia piaciuta la nostra casa e che abbiate apprezzato la bellezza della natura incontaminata e della spiaggia di Cala Sinzias, col suo mare cristallino. Quanto al caldo, penso che la Vostra opinione sia stata condivisa da migliaia di persone che si trovavano in Italia, in particolare in Sardegna, nella prima settimana di agosto, sotto l'anticiclone africano che ha fatto elevare di molti gradi la temperatura, fino a raggiungere punte di 39° e 40°. Sarà anche per questo che agosto è detto il mese più caldo dell'anno. Un caro saluto a tutti Voi. Piero e Lina.

bella vacanza.

siamo arrivati il 21 luglio 2013 e abbiamo trovato tutto in ordine e i proprietari sono gentilissimi. il mare è a circa 300 metri ed è bellissimo, uno di migliori della zona. si trova vicino a Costa Rei e a Villasimius. a Castiadas c'è una pizzeria ristorante senza glutine con cibo molto buono. la casa è come da descrizione, accogliente e spaziosa. i letti sono comodi.

sehr schönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit toller Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lies. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstrasse und bietet dadurch die Möglichkeit zur puren Erholung in einer wunderschönen Umgebung.Die Vermieter sind jederzeit darauf bedacht, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Sehr nette und warmherzige Menschen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt und die Angaben im Internet treffen wirklich zu..
