It is top floor which boasts beautiful views of both Scarborough castle as well as the expansive South Bay beach. It is 3 mins walking distance from the beach and 5 mins in the opposite direction to the shopping precinct restaurants and bars.
It also comes with one off street parking space.
Recently refurbished so benefits from beautifully decorated bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen-lounge.
One off street parking space is included - any additional cars please let us know when booking so we can provide parking permits for you.
The Old Town is a great location as its close to the beach and town centre. The recently renovated Old Market hall on the same street is a great addition as it boasts a butchers, grocers as well as a bakery for fresh bread and coffee in the morning!

I was very pleased with the apartment. Very cosy and clean.
The cleaning lady was very pleasant. We weren't however given the code to the door for entry to the apartment. We had to wait outside and luckily the lady on business in the flat next door was able to let us in. Deffo stay again though thankyou xx
Two bathrooms was an added bonus. You can’t beat the location of this apartment. Only downside would be, if bringing two cars, one needs to park on street which can be very busy. But, for the location, it’s a small compromise!
Ideally located for visiting Scarborough, dedicated parking is a big bonus, apartment is very nicely decorated and has everything you need for a break.

The property is very central in the middle of the old town but has the added bonus of its own parking space.
The apartment has two good bedrooms and the ensuite is spacious. The living area and kitchen is open plan and a good size with views over the sea. The kitchen is also well equipped.
This is lovely accommodation and should I return to Scarborough I will definitely stay here again.
We had a great week staying in Scarborough and the location of the apartment was perfect. It was clean, well maintained and fully equipped with everything needed. We would definitely stay here again on return visits.
