Summary:
Villa Vista Lux is located in one of the most exclusive urbanizations on the Costa Brava, with access to a private beach near the property. It has a swimming pool with wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The Space:
On the upper floor we find the fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bright living room with access to a terrace, which has a barbecue and outdoor dining area.

On the ground floor of the villa there are 3 double bedrooms (two of them with a double bed and one with two beds, plus an extra bed) and 2 bathrooms, one of them with a large shower and direct access to the pool.

The property has air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi, making it an excellent choice to spend your holidays, but also as a teleworking place!...

The urbanization belongs to Tossa de Mar, a beautiful and quiet city, which comes alive in summer with its restaurants and shops. It is one of the most charming cities on the Costa Brava, with its emblematic medieval castle and walls.

Furthermore, the house is very close to Lloret de Mar, where you can find nightclubs and a wide range of restaurants.

Spectacular Views and Great Property Manager

Wonderful house in a gated community with spectacular views. We enjoyed the well-maintained pool and grilling on the patio. Anna Margarita, the property manager, was easily reachable and supportive. Private beach for the gated community was just a short drive with plenty of parking. Will book this property again the next time we travel to this part of Spain.

Perfect location and property for my family

We could not have loved our stay any more. Everything was perfect starting at the booking. We decided to stay an extra night and Ana and Alex made it very easy. Alex helped us checked in and responded promptly to questions/texts during our stay. The house and outdoor areas are beautiful, I miss waking up to that view! My twin boys couldn’t get enough of the pool and private beach, and we loved Tossa de Mar.

Quiet, relaxing stay

Overall this was a great holiday. The place was clean, if slightly dated. Only comment is one of the rooms smelled a bit moldy. The view was amazing and the pool was quiet and private with sun all day. However, Alex made up for everything and totally made the holiday for us. He bought newsfor us when our boys got sunburned and were too hot to sleep. He organised restaurant reservations for us, helped us when our pizza delivery was incorrect and answered numerous questions for us along the way.

Maison très bien , il faut juste actualiser les photos et les distances par rapport au plages et restaurants. Pas de climatisation dans les chambres et voisins pas sympathique voir même insultant ( locaux )

Vue sur mer exceptionnelle

Nous avons adorés la vue sur la mer et la pinède depuis les terrasses de la maison. Anna Margarita est très accueillante et super efficace. La plage privée est charmante mais un peu éloignée de la maison, prévoir de descendre en voiture. La décoration intérieure de la maison est un peu datée mais nous avons passés de supers vacances !

Overall very satisfied with the trip.Anna and staff efficient and friendly.villa location overlooking sea was beautiful. There were six of us,ideally the villa would suit 2 couples and 2 children.couple occupying master suit downstairs had to walk through another bedroom to gain access upstairs. Sofa in living room was also advertised as a pull out bed . Couple of miner things to address,kitchen lacked towels to wash/dry.cabinets in bedroom downstairs had some broken draws and hard to pullout. No smoke detectors Hopefully you find these comments beneficial for future guests I certainly would recommend this villa ,just for slightly less guests it would be perfect! I miss the view already!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus für 7 Personen

Das Ferienhaus liegt auf dem Berg und hat einen tolle Aussicht zum Meer, so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Küche ist neu mit einem sehr großem Kühlschrank. Ein Schlafzimmer war ein Durchgangszimmer zum Pool. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Sehr nette Kommunion mit der Agentur, unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Zum Meer geht es steil nach unten, ca. 1km und natürlich wieder rauf. Leider dürfen Hunde nicht an den Strand. Wir hatten trotzdem einen tollen Urlaub.
