Would have been fine but for Sykes automated answer service and erroneous Wifi password.

These days it’s all automated and if there’s a fault, well good luck! You’re listening to ‘options’ on a phone call, then waiting for human response on WhatsApp that never materialises. In other words, you need to get in touch with an actual receptionist because the Wi-Fi Passover they provided in the welcome email is invalid, then rather than it being a quick 10 minute fix and you’re connected, it’s a protracted 72 hour hassle of jumping through hoops to extract the correct information from the management company that services the property company that services the property owners..! I hate modern times. Major inconvenience due to cost cutting. Quel surprise.
