Rose Review

Lovely property, very comfortable and well equipped in a good location just a few minutes drive to Lazise. Definitely need a car to get to this property and into town. The only things we found a little confusing were the refuse arrangements as these were only in itallian and some of the shutters were difficult to lock in position when we were leaving. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property. Thank You

Heerlijk om een eigen huis te hebben tijdens een vakantie aan het Gardameer. De gastvrouw was heel goed bereikbaar en heel behulpzaam. Het huis had een heerlijke tuin, en ondanks het hebben van buren voldoende privacy gehad. Het huis zelf was prima. Geen overbodige luxe maar dat was ook niet nodig wat mij betreft.

Objekt für 2 Erwachsene und vier Kinder mit vielen Mängeln

Lärmbelästigung kurz nach unserer Anreise durch Rasenpflege mit Trimmer und Rasenmäher. Das hätte vorher erledigt werden können. Die Böden der Schlafräume waren stark verdreckt, wir mussten diese vor dem Bezug saugen. Hände- und Geschirrhandtücher fehlen ebenso wie ein Kaffeefilter bzw. eine funktionierende Kaffeemaschine. Das Haus verfügt nur über ein vollwertiges Schlafzimmer, die anderen Schlafräume sind aufgrund der schmalen Betten allenfalls für Kinder geeignet

Wunderschönes Haus am Rande von Lazise. Alles war sehr gut vorbereitet. Wir haben eine herrliche Zeit verbracht.

Schöne FeWo, nur das eine Schlafzimmer etwas klein.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gelungen. Wohnzimmer, Küche und die Terrasse sehr geräumig. Das eine Schlafzimmer groß, das zweite noch ok. aber das dritte etwas klein. Wenn da die eigenen Kinder schlaffen ist das ok. aber wenn da zB. ein befreundetes Ehepaar übernachten soll dann ist es etwas klei.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, leider mit Mängeln

Erst einmal vorneweg, das Objekt ist sehr schön und wir hatten viel Platz, sas Einchecken verlief reibungslos. Uns wurden die Angaben rechtzeitg und mit Bildern zugesendet. Die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet und der Garten ist wirklich toll. Leider wurden die Zimmer nicht wirklich geputzt, in der Küche mussten wir das ganze Geschirr erstmal spülen, bevor wir es benutzen konnten und auch die Bäder waren nicht wirklich sauber. Das ganze Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig, wir haben aus dem Nebenschlafzimmer jedes Wort gehört ( hat uns aber nicht gestört, da wir als Familie unterwegs waren). Zum Objekt gehört ein Garagenstellplatz und das zweite Auto konnten wir auf dem Gelände abparken. Für unseren Kurzurlaub war es gut. Nach Lazise kommt man zu Fuß in 20 Minuten, es befinden sich aber auch 2 Pizzerien in der Nähe der Wohnung.
