FANTASTICALLY LOCATED FAMILY VILLA WITH PRIVATE HEATED SWIMMING POOL IN WALKING DISTANCE OF CARVOEIRO

This single storey villa is conveniantly situated just a short walk from the centre of Carvoeiro so a car is not necessary but is advisable if you wish to explore the area. It is possible to walk to both Centeanes and Carvoeiro beach and restaurants, shops and bars can be easily reached by foot.

On entrance there is a lounge and dining area with patio doors leading to the terrace and private swimming pool. There are three bedrooms which all benefit from patio doors to the pool and garden. There is a master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with a further en suite bathroom. There is a third bedroom with double bed which has use of the entrance WC. There is a modern fully fitted kitchen and roof terrace with sea views. There is a garden with orange, lemon and pomegranate trees and several shaded places to sit.

The pool is 9x5m and can be heated for an additional fee. There is plenty of space for sun loungers and several different options for external dining and two built in BBQ's. There is space on the private gated driveway for several vehicles. The house has been renovated with attractive new bathrooms and has the beneit of underfloor heating so it is ideal for anytime of year.

The interior is really well presented with neutral tones and is ideal for a family holiday!

Fantastic stay

We loved our stay at this villa! Really appreciated the roof terrace to get the last of the evening sunshine and our children loved the pool. We were very happy with the travel cot and proper mattress that was provided for our toddler. Any queries we had with management were addressed very promptly.

Fantastic villa, one of the best we have stayed in. We felt right at home, nothing was missing and we appreciated the extra condiments, spices, ice lollies etc! Really well laid out so you weren't on top of each other, bedrooms nicely spaced and three bathrooms a plus! You can tell thought had gone into the decor. Great to have housekeeping and pool cleaned during our stay. There is a really good team looking after the property. Would thoroughly recommend, thank you!

Loved the place and especially the heated pool. Nice beds, good kitchen and clean overall. Thank you also for friendly and fast communication. The driveway has one quite a big bump that might be a bit of a hazard for lower cars.

The place was exactly as described, clean but homely and in an incredibly peaceful location. unfortunately the pool was not warm on arrival despite paying the additional levy but we reported this and received a response first thing the next morning and within 30 minutes the pool management representative was at the property to check the pump and electrics and advised to cover the pool when not in use, by the following evening it was beautifully warm.

Lovely easy villa.

The villa was very nicely laid out with a great pool. Lovely and bright and clean. We had hoped to be closer to the town. If you are staying in this villa without a car, it is a bit of a drag up and down the road for provisions and a bit far from the sea.

Fabulous Villa!

Beautiful villa, fantastic bathrooms lovely comfortable beds. Everything you need in the kitchen, everywhere all clean and well presented. The most amazing sunsets from the comfortable rooftop. We loved it, already booked for next year. The round mats were sliding around, we didn’t want to fall so moved them out while we were there.

Perfect family villa

Fantastic villa suitable for family or small group. Three good sized private bedrooms. Well equipped both inside and out with perfect sized pool and outdoor area. Villa is within walking distance to town and very close to boardwalk and caves. We had an amazing time there as a family. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Air conditioning is new system and we had issues with it knocking off after a few minutes and not staying on which made the first night very uncomfortable during our stay. This was very quickly addressed by rental company once they were made aware.

The villa had all the facilities we needed and some we did not use. Good outside area and rooftop sunbathing. All in all very good and we will be back. TV controls seem a little complicated. Unfortunately road works in the area which was a little disturbing but not too serious and obviously out with your control

The Villa and outside area where we spent most of our time was all excellent. The rooftop seating was a bonus. The inside was fine for the three of us but thankfully the weather enabled us to be outside most of the time. Beds were all comfortable. There was no Villa information on site that we could find, including instructions on how to work any of the electrical items either in the kitchen or lounge. The bottom sheet on the bed in master bedroom was not big enough and came off during the night every night.

The best villa we’ve stayed in. It’s so much more than a rental villa, it’s a home from home. The proper home kitchen is very well equipped, the bathrooms are thought through, the beds are super comfy and the whole house has charm and style. We loved the little touches like beach hats and a beach bag by the door. The house is spacious, stylish and around 15mins walk from town. The online handbook is great, apart from the aircon instructions which could be better explained. We had two small problems while we were there, and Elite Rentals were on our doorstop within 20mins to sort them out. Superb service. We struggled a bit with the TV, it did seem quite complicated with very little instruction, but as we brought the Chromecast from home we just used that instead.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. In de winter genoten van de terrassen om te eten en een boek te lezen. De slaapkamers, badkamers en andere ruimtes zijn super schoon en voelen comfortabel aan. Zelfs savonds is het een genot om in de woonkamer te vertoeven en heerlijk te koken. Een echte aanrader dus ook voor in de winter!

Tivemos uma agradável experiência nesta casa Bastante proximidade de tudo A parte exterior poderia estar mais cuidada Apesar de o interior da casa um pouco envelhecida,a canalização já era substituída ,tinha tudo o que necessitamos para umas férias tranquilas
