The city of Porto, one of the city the most famous of Portugal, is known for all of its stately bridges and port wine production. The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. The Bolsa Palace (built in the 19th century) is located in the historical centre of Porto.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

Good location, lots of light

The apartment itself is clean, modern and well located. The wall of windows brings in lots of light and provides guests with a stunning view. The building has seen better days. Easy walking to the old city and the riverfront. (Also close by is the funicular for an easy return up the hill from the riverfront!) All in all, I would recommend.

What A View!!

You will be stunned when you walk in the door and see the view from the window. It is beautiful both in the day and the night. The apartment is wonderful. It is located in a great spot. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. We didn't do any cooking, but it looks like everything is there that you would need. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall good experience. Clean but the shower is poorly setup and the lack of venting in the bathroom causes what looks like paint bubbling on the ceiling. Shower door opens inward so it is a strange setup could be hard to use if you are a larger person. But great location and clean.

Spectacular view, spacious and beautiful apartment. I told the staff that the air conditioning wasn't working and that they hadn't left me any blankets - it's cold in Porto in December. They told me that the staff would be there to sort everything out. They didn't come for two days.

Positives Great view, plenty of natural light, nice clean apartment big enough for two, quiet neighbours which we like, good location close to everything. 2 Negatives Apartment it’s to hot ,and air conditioner is useless, on or off make no difference. The other negative and that it’s a big one the noise coming for outside, looks like turbines working all night ,impossibly to have a good night sleep

The property is in a great location, minutes away from quite a few attraction points and easy to reach from the train station. Good size apartment and pretty clean. Saying that it has a few downsides. Is very noisy. At the ground floor there are about 12 huge vents (probably from restaurants) which make huge noise. During the day is not important but overnight is a big inconvenience and they don't stop for 1 seconds. The bathroom door has no handle (this is how is designed) so you cannot fully close the door from outside the bathroom, meaning overnight you have the bathroom door opened through the bedroom (bed is less than 1 m away). What can be improved: more and bigger glases, they have a coffee machine with pods but don't offer any pods, bed was broken when we checked in had to improvise something until next day when they fixed it., wablely tale, no rack in the shower, no ligtbulb on one of the lamps, ceiling lights so low that you bang your head on them, towels not changed in 4 days. Most are minor issues that can be avoided if someone properly checks the property before every check in. All in all it was a decent stay. Can be much much better with a bit of attention.

Bien situé, tout est bien et tout est accessible en marchant, très belle vue sur le pont Dom Luis I, seul inconvénient, nous avons avisé notre hôte, qu’il y a une infiltration d’eau par le toit, lorsqu’il pleut.
