Lovely house, had everything we needed for our stay, the location is stunning and a bonus having a pub end of the path for food and drinks. Communication was great and very quick response. Would highly recommend
This little property was perfect as additional Christmas accommodation for my adult daughter whilst we visited my father. It was clean, cosy and well equipped and we would be happy to stay again.

This was a beautiful place to stay, felt very homey and host seemed very lovely as well! Perfect retreat for my husband and I and would definitely recommend.
We would recommend staying here to anyone, its set in beautiful surroundings, and it is very quiet and peaceful. We had good communications with the host and her husband and we will be stopping here again.
We used the property as a base for attending an event at the NEC. The property was in a beautiful, peaceful location - with a pub only a short walk away! The property was clean and well equipped - a home from home! Thanks again Andrea!
First class accommodation in a secluded and secure location
A beautiful self contained retreat in a peaceful rural location. Everything is provided to make for a comfortable stay. The hosts could not be more accommodating. Thank you.
This was the space we needed for a short close get away. The accommodation was more that we could have wished for, comfy bed and sofa, huge tv which was perfect for a movie night. The kitchen is just the right size. The location was wonderful and the family home, even though you over looked it, still had privacy and was a beautiful view every morning. With lots of lovely local walks, and things to do in the surrounding area it’s a great stay.
Angela was a delight and the instructions, advice and recommendations she left were perfect. I would highly recommend and would totally stay again!
My wife and I stayed at the RETREAT for about a week. The hosts were fantastic and the property was quiet and secure the entire visit. We sat with open doors most of the time on the premises. A short walk up the road led to a footpath through a field to the pub. You need to be able to climb a fence at the end as a FYI. Made friends with the horses too.
This is a great location if you want to explore the area. Walk the canals and easy access to Warwick, Stratford Upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth and the Birmingham Airport.
Truly a find!
This is a fabulous property with pretty much everything you need for a short stay.
The host, Andrea, was very helpful and lovely to talk to. Andrea was there whenever I needed help.
The property is well thought out and feels spacious for 1-2 people. There is adequate internet for basic streaming / working and a lovely big TV to chill out with. I found the extending table of great use to work out whilst I was there.
The kitchen is well equipped, though do note there isn't a freezer, not that I really needed it for my stay. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch too!
There is a full bath and shower to use, with lovely hot water and great pressure too! I even had some small essentials to use on the first day.
The bed was very comfy for me but as it is just a double, it may be on the small side for some couples. For me, it was cosy and comfortable, which gave me three fantastic sleeps!
The place itself is in private grounds and super quiet, with the only sounds coming from birds or nature!
There is a pleasant area to sit outside, which you have all to yourself.
The area is simply stunning. You can walk out of the property gate and onto a footpath that takes you to a lovely pub (don't forget to say hello to the horses). When at the pub, you can take a nice walk down the Grand Union Canal.
There is plenty of country pubs within a mile or two and a local co-op that provides anything you will need (oh & a cracking chip shop next door!).
Value for money, book it now.
Had a lovely 3 night stay while in the area on business. Much more enjoyable than corporate hotel. A beautiful & relaxing rural retreat. Highly recommended
I stayed midweek whilst travelling for work and had everything I needed in a lovely rural location with good local facilities. A great alternative to local hotels. I’ve already booked my next visit!
Peaceful beautifully presented & equipped bolt hole for 2
Field Cottage was found down a private, secure driveway surrounded by trees and fields. However there is so much to see & experience within a short distance, we didn’t travel more than half an hour each day and visited a number of National Trust properties, Warwick castle, Gaydon and Leamington Spa.
The apartment is very comfortable & well equipped, entry & exit easy and useful information on hand. There are some very nice pubs for lunch or dinner that can be walked to on the canal or a short drive away. We found our time away very relaxing, a home from home as everything we needed was there. Thankyou!
