Let your soul dangle in a rural idyll This holiday apartment is located in a large, modern (2007) single-family house with separate entrance and direct access to the terrace, garden and balcony. It is divided on 2 floors. Ground floor: living area with open, modern kitchen and dining area, as well as bath / toilet. On the upper floor is the sleeping area with access to the balcony. The apartment is in a quiet, rural location approx. 1000 m to the flat natural beach. Popular surfing and sailing area. There is a bakery / pastry shop on site. Rustic country bread is baked in the stone oven several times a week.

Sehr zufrieden

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Einbauküche mit Gefrierkombination, Spülmaschine usw. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig, man kommt schnell überall hin. Zum Wasser ist es auch nicht weit, der Hund hat sich gefreut.

Sehr netter Vermieter

Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt und würden es auch jederzeit wieder buchen.Im Ort selbst ist nichts los ausser das Salzhaff was ca 2 km entfernt ist lohnt sich wirklich anzuschauen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt.Man hat eine Terrasse vor der Wohnung wo man gut sitzen kann.Das hier und da mal ein paar Spinnengewebe auch in der Wohnung sind liegt daran das es etwas ländlich liegt und inmitten von Bäumen was uns aber nicht gestört hat.In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht sowie auch genügend Handtücher.

Viele Irritationen

Am Tag als wir ankamen, war der "Vermieter" direkt zu erreichen, Haus war optisch auf den ersten Blick sehr ansprechend von aussen, doch beim näheren hinsehen sah man wirklich seeeeehr viele Spinnenweben, ein paar kaputte Bretter auf dem Boden, die Spanntücher oben auf den Balkonteilen müssten sehr dringend mal in die Reinigung. Der erste Blick von innen war auch sehr schön, wobei es echt stickig und warm unten war, oben war eine extreme Hitze, dort sollte man mal über eine Klimaanlage nachdenken. Die Küche hatte soweit alles was man brauchte, wobei man sich beim "Vermieter" selbst melden musste für Spülmaschinentabs und Klopapier. Toilette war leider dreckig und der Boden definitiv nicht sauber. Die "tollen neuen Einrichtungsgegenstände" waren fraglich. Ok Couch ist eine andere auf dem Bild und Tv auch, aber den größenunterschied müsste man mit einer Lupe sehen können. TV wurde von uns aber nicht benutzt, also leider kein Urteil über die Bedienung. Oben im Schlafzimmer musste man die vom "Vermieter" verstauten Handtücher und Bett Tücher leider erstmal wegräumen denn sonst wäre ein kleiner Kleiderschrank echt wenig Stauraum für 2 Personen. In den Bildern sieht es aus als würde vorn der Eingang einem selbst gehören und das Ferienhaus auch. Aber der eigene Eingang ist links an der Seite und Balkon kann nur hinten genutzt werden und halt auch mit dem "Vermieter". Die Katzen haben mich persönlich nicht gestört. Die Nachbarn gegenüber sind sehr nett. Umgebung sehr ruhig und dadurch positiv. Ein Grill ist vorhanden, das hat uns sehr gefreut. Aber leider auch kein Aschenbecher. Also ich finde, für den Preis sollte man definitiv mehr auf Sauberkeit, Hygiene und mehr Privatsphäre achten. Positiv ist auch das die Stromkosten nicht angerechnet werden. Wenn wir nichts anderes finden sollten, würden wir nochmal wieder kommen.
