On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, 600 m from the sea, 600 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: property 12'000 m2 with lawn, meadow, lawn for sunbathing, natural pond. Table tennis, boccia (extra), children's playground. In the complex: WiFi, storage room for bicycles. Parking on the premises. Grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 200 m, bakery 5 km, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 18 km, indoor swimming pool 18 km, bathing lake 18 km. Akzeptabel mit kleinen Mängeln

- Eine Bettlampe ausgerissen - 1/2 Std Putzarbeit im Bad erforderlich um Schmuddeliges zu beseitigen - Duschkopf und Wasserhahn am verstopfen. - Duschabfluß musste musste erst frei gemacht werden. - Das Sofa sollte mal gereinigt werden. - Der Tisch war sehr wackelig. - Das Dachfenster im Schlafbereich hatte keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit. + Ausreichend Raum um sich auch mit anderen zusammen zu setzen. + Stabile Betten und Matratzen + Sehr guter Durchlauferhitzer im Bad + Im großen Ganzen ok!

Wer mit wenig zufrieden ist kommt voll auf seine Kosten . Uns hat es gereicht und wir waren zufrieden und würden wieder kommen. Wirkliches Manko ist die fehlende Abwasch Möglichkeit

Der Esstisch war wackelig, zum teil keine Rollos an den Fenstern, die Türklinke vom Bad viel fast raus. Ungenutzte Möbel im Hausflur.

Sauberkeit und Komfort

Gollwitzer Park an sich finden wir schon schön. Letztes Jahr haben wir dort auch genau in so einer Wohnung gewohnt, nur war die besser ausgestattet. Das Störendste war die fehlende Spüle in der Küche. Das heißt, Wasser vom Bad sollten zum Abwaschen in Schüsseln gefüllt werden. Wir haben aber nicht mehr die 50er Jahre und befanden uns auch auf keinem Campingplatz. Zudem die Sauberkeit war nur oberflächlich zu erkennen. Der Plastetürgriff von außen war so speckig, musste ich selbst reinigen.

Schön gelegene Unterkunft

Da die Wohnung keinen Balkon hat, fehlt im Außenbereich eine Überdachte Sitzecke das man auch bei Regen draußen sitzen kann.

schlechte Ausstattung

Die Ferienwohnung hatte keine gute Ausstattung.Viele Dinge fehlten,w.z.B.unvollständ.Besteck, Kaffemaschine,der Tisch wackelte;Matratzenschoner kaputt u. der Rauchmelder war nicht montiert. In diesem Zustand würde ich die Ferienwohnung nicht weiter vermieten. Gebucht hatten wir d.6 u.nicht die 4. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht,weil wir in den letzten Jahren schon bessere Wohnungen dort gebucht hatten.

mangelhaft bis schlecht

Diese Ferienanlage ist uns schon länger bekannt. Wir hatten uns eigentlich darauf gefreut. Doch man hat uns nicht in der gebuchten Ferienunterkunft untergebracht ,sondern in einer anderen. Doch nach Aussage des Hausverwalter sollte es egal sein welche Wohnung wir belegen. Das kann nicht sein, denn in dieser Wohnung gibt es erhebliche Mängel, wie: -Rauchmelder nicht installiert -Toilettenbrille paßt nicht z.Toilette -Abwasch aus der Schüssel -Staubsauger nicht brauchbar Es ist eine 1-Raumwohng.

Mangelnde Sauberkeit

Leider war die Wohnung nicht so sauber. Beim Kühlschrank und dem Sofa lag der Schmutz. Der Rauch Elfer lag auf dem Schrank. Leider hat auch die Zustellmöglichkeit mit dem Kinderbett nicht funktioniert. Sonst ok.
