Bien... Mais...

Propriété conforme à l'annonce, avec une sublime piscine à débordement. Mais le rapport Qualité/Prix reste décevant : Le mobilier est ancien (le canapé du salon sent même mauvais...). Pas de lave vaisselle en vue. Les portails extérieurs ne ferment pas : tout le monde peut rentrer dans la propriété ...Ce qui nous est arrivé un jeudi matin à 10h30 : le pisciniste est entré pour faire l'entretien sans que nous soyons prévenus ! nous aurions pu être en tenue légère... Les parasols sont cassés au bord de la piscine... Et à part les transats a peu près neufs, le reste est trop ancien pour être utilisé. Les moustiques sont au rendez-vous par contre ! Ainsi que les fourmis.. une chambre inutilisable a cause de leur présence ! Par ailleurs il faut faire attention : les branchements électriques laissent à désirer et un câble auprès du canapé est laissé en attente, sans aucune protection électrique : risque très élevé pour les enfants. Bref, avec un minimum d'entretien de la part du propriétaire, nous n'aurions pas eu l'impression de nous faire voler sur le prix...

Casa Uly Calonge

La zona exterior de la piscina excelente, piscina fantástica infinity y zona amplia para comer y hacer barbacoa. El interior es más rústico pero acogedor. Eso si, necesita mantenimiento ya que hay cosas en mal estado. Además no hay aire acondicionado y con ventiladores sólo hay noches que pasas calor.
