The property has two bedrooms; a king-size double and twin resting under the eaves, sharing access to a bathroom with bath and shower over, sleeping four guests. There is also a cloakroom and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and seating area with electric fire. Outside there is a patio seating area and off-road parking. Holly Cottage is a picturesque retreat for those wanting to explore the Peak District. One well-behaved dog is welcome (If you are bringing a dog, it must be listed on the booking form prior to arrival, for the safety and comfort of all guests dogs must remain on a lead at all times while on the property).

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars and one electric charging point on a first-come, first-serve basis. Front patio garden with seating area. Sorry, no smoking. One well-behaved dog is welcome (All dogs must be listed on the booking form prior to arrival, for the safety and comfort of all guests dogs must remain on a lead at all times while on the property). One Highchair and one travel cot. Shop 1.6 miles, pub 0.8 miles. Bike storage. Dog & cycle wash. Note: There is a door that adjoins the property to Oak Cottage (Ref. 1066256), which will be locked if both properties are not booked together. Please note: no stag or hen parties. Note; There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £300 for this property.

Region: The ultimate in “year-round” appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.

Town: The village of Bolsterstone rests on the fringes of the Peak District National Park, between Stocksbridge and Ewden Valley, and is one of the last remaining hill villages in the Sheffield area. The village is home to a 19th century country pub, the Castle Inn, and is also home to the Bolsterstone Male Voice Choir, which was formed in 1934. Just 1.5 miles away is Stocksbridge which boasts a good selection of eateries and shops, together with many bridleways and footpaths for visitors to discover.

This property was everything we had hoped it would be, situated in the most beautiful location.Cottage was spotless and furnished with everything you could possibly need, it was also situated in a secure environment with locked gates (remote access).The owners were regularly on-site so readily available to answer any queries or problems you may have (we had none).These cottages will be our 1st choice from now on on our visits to Stocksbridge.
