In Kulhuse you will find this quietly located holiday home. From the kitchen/dining room and living room there are panoramic windows and direct access to the large terrace from 2021, where the wine can be pulled up and you can enjoy the sunset over the treetops. There is an open and bright kitchen/dining room and from there access to the living room. There is also a bathroom and an outdoor shower. From the kitchen you can go out into a cozy, closed and undisturbed courtyard of approx. 40 m2, where you can also enjoy the silence and relax. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a bunk bed (80 x 200 cm) and the other a 1.40 x 200 cm double bed. The house is perfect for a family with children, and the owners of the house provide various children's books and indoor and outdoor toys, books and games. The child-friendly beach is just 400 m down the road. There is a high chair, changing mat, potty, baby bathtub and two Trip Trap high chairs to borrow. Lovely, well-landscaped, large and undisturbed natural plot with a football pitch and pleasant paths. There are football goals, a bonfire and a sandpit. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
