About this property

Our 3 bedroomed house is situated in a semi rural situation, in the historical village of Irby. Here you will find 2 pubs, 2 restaurants, shops and amenities. We are close to a number of beaches including Thurstaston and West Kirby, and are within 300 metres of Thurstaston common which provides wonderful walks through the ancient woods of Roydon Park. There are a number of golf courses on our doorstep, including Caldy, Royal Liverpool and Wallasey.

A comfortable and relaxing stay

We were a family group, including grandparents and our two year old granddaughter. We booked the house to see extended family in West Kirby as well as friends in Manchester. The house was very clean and well cared for. It is very well equipped, which made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Communication with Lindsey was excellent and the welcome pack was good. We would highly recommend the property and would stay there again.

Schönes Haus und tolle Gegens

Es war ein sehr schönes Haus und die Lage ist perfekt. Alles vorhanden in der Nähe. In 20 Minuten ist man in Liverpool. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Nichts zu bemängeln

We wanted to be near to a friend living in West Kirby so the house was the perfect location. Spotlessly clean, with a very friendly owner and everything you could need. The welcome pack was an added bonus and very thoughtful. Thanks once again, we'll be back 🙂

Sehr gute genaue Beschreibung des Hauses. Sehr gute Ausstattung insgesamt, Küche auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Betten sehr gut. Sauber und gepflegt, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr freundliche und kompetente Gastgeberin. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr angemessen. Lage sehr gut, um Liverpool, Wirral und Umgebung zu erkunden. Jeder Zeit gerne wieder.
