The Red Apartment is located on the hills overlooking Lake Garda in the village of Marciaga just 3 kilometers from the beaches and the town of Garda, and a short distance from the famous Cà Degli Ulivi Golf Club. The apartment is part of a small condominium consisting of three independent housing units with different characteristics and all intended for tourist use.

The Red apartment is located on the ground floor, tastefully furnished in a modern style and can accommodate up to 4 guests in a bedroom and in a comfortable sofa bed in the living area.

An equipped kitchen area and a bathroom with shower complete the description of the structure.

From the living room and bedroom there is direct access to the large and sunny terrace furnished with table for dining and sun loungers and from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding hills

Private parking is provided in the courtyard of the structure for one car.

For families or larger groups there is also the possibility of renting together - if available - the Orange and Blue apartments, bringing the total accommodation capacity to 12 guests

Superschöne moderne Wohnung, herrliche Lage mit Blick zum See. Schlüssel im Safe. Netter Kontakt. Die Matratze war uns zu weich und schon durchgelegen. Ein Pool wäre fantastisch.

Schöne Tage am Gardasee

Wir können fast nur loben: Herrliche Lage, einfache Buchungsabwicklung, gute Kommunikation, gutes Bett, Viele gute Futterplätze in relativer Nähe(Auto), ein gutes Restaurant fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto in 5 Min. am See. Einzig die Küche dürfte ein klein wenig besser ausgestattet sein (Arbeitsmesser, Bretter, neue Kaffeemaschine). Aber mehr gab's wirklich nicht zu meckern. Besten Dank!

Alles was man ….

Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. Alles da, außer Spülmaschine, was man braucht. Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar. Golfplatz auch gleich ums Eck. Was ein wenig schade ist, man hat einen tollen Blick auf Garda und den Gardasee. Allerdings ist am Rande der terasse eine Hecke gepflanzt, wenn man sitzt sieht man leider nur diese und nicht den See. Also bitte Hecke kürzer schneiden 😁

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Das Appartement ist super sauber,modern und besitzt eine Top-Ausstattung. Es fehlte wirklich nichts. Ganz ruhige Lage mit tollem Ausblick. Dieses Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen.

De woning ligt rustig buiten Garda maar Garda is met de auto in vijf minuten te bereiken. De woning is netjes en biedt alles wat je wensen kunt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Südhanglage mit Terrasse

Großzügige Wohnung, relativ neu. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Eigener Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Seeblick nur im stehen, da die Hecke zu hoch gewachsen ist. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Bike-Touren im südlichen Monte Baldo-Gebiet. Nervend war der Intervallton eines Maulwurfschrecks im Rasen direkt vor der Terrasse. Wir waren sonst sehr zufrieden.

…for vacation… Well equiped, beautiful and very clean. Nice view on the lake, beautiful terrace and garden… we have spent 10 days at the red apartment and it was amazing. We will definitly come back for another stay :-) A washing machine and a dish washer would be nice for longer vacations…
