Welcome to our tranquil retreat nestled in the Cliffside village of Oia, perched at the tip of Santorini island. Our traditional cave-style villa spans two levels, seamlessly blending heritage charm with modern comforts. Adorned with a rejuvenating hot tub and boasting mesmerizing views of the sea, volcano, and iconic caldera, our private terrace offers the perfect sanctuary to unwind.

Located in the heart of the village yet secluded from the bustling main path, our villa provides easy access to Oia's renowned attractions, including the famed sunset, quaint cafes, and boutique shops. A mere 5-minute stroll leads you to the main square, where you'll find convenient transportation options.

Recently renovated, our villa features a cozy lower-level bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a private living room, while the upper level offers an additional bedroom, complete with a sofa bed and ensuite bathroom. The highlight? The breathtaking vistas from our balcony, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Situated in the heart of the village, our villa enjoys easy access to Oia's renowned attractions, including the famous sunset, charming cafes, and boutique shops. While located just 3 minutes from the nearest parking lot, please note that cars are not permitted within the traditional village of Oia. Public parking is available near Oia's Post Office. A leisurely 5-minute stroll brings you to the main square of Oia, where you'll find the taxi and bus terminal, allowing for seamless exploration of the island's wonders.

Kindly be informed that according to the new Greek law, which was imposed on all properties located in Greece, the city tax paid so far by the hotels’ guests, was renamed to Climate Resilience Tax. You may find below the relevant charges, which need to be paid by all guests that will stay in our properties from the 1st of January 2024 and on, as they occur according to each property’s category:

This villa is fabulous! Directly below one of the blue domes with gorgeous water views. The staff arranged everything from transfers to in-house massage, which were one of the best we’ve had! The morning breakfast was an added bonus. Thank you again for making our stay in Santorini at the marble villa so wonderful.

Gorgeous Views!

This property is very nice and comfortable with a beautiful spacious balcony with a large sitting area and not one bad spot to sit in! We were served a great breakfast every morning and the coffee pods were replenished daily along with maid service. It's set down from all the crowds so it was nice and peaceful but located close to everything! Not one complaint!

I worried that those going to the adjacent church could cause some heavy traffic right outside our gates, but it didn't happen - however many more people passed right by the spa than expected, many of them sticking their hands into the water. Tourists! There were some minor maintenance issues with the property, apparently mostly due to the way previous lodgers have tried to use the doors and shutters. That this property is centrally located, made it a very convenient place. It's hard to argue with the beautiful views. One thing to remember is that you have at least 38 steps to go up and down to get to the main paths, and the nearest parking is in the dusty Kyklos Square parking area below the Post Office. Beds were comfortable, amenities were great, and breakfasts were good (albeit too many hard boiled eggs!)

Nice Property that has some issues

Our experience it the property and services were good in certain respects and not good in others. Overall it's beautiful villa/condo that is supported by very attentive manger, great cleaning staff and good breakfast service. However, this is where the positives stop. There was a smell / stench from the bathroom that we were told had been taken care of...but it was still there. The location is quite busy with many instgrammers around taking picture. Our concierge did not make much efforts to see us or try and help us when our luggage did not arrive on time...just said go to Fria for clothes and that the stores might not be open on Sunday via texting. The bell/luggage team were quite rude in their apporach/support. As mentioned some services were good and some not. If the smell is taken care of and few of the services are addressed, this could be a really good property that provides good experience.

I can’t say enough about this fabulous experience . The photos of this wonderful villa don’t do it justice. The views were beyond what we even expected. The interiors were very tastefully chosen. The layout was perfect for our family of four. Our host Mary was great. We feel extremely fortunate to have at the opportunity to stay there.

First Mary our hostess made this overall experience worth it. She was super organized and took great care of us. I cannot imagine this stay without her. The welcome wine was some of the best on the island, Overall it was a good location and the home was in very good condition and was close to the top of the hill so not too much walking. Negative; was a musty smell in the downstairs bedroom. Also there was a walking path in front of our Jacuzzi which was super busy and we often had people looking in on us and didn't experience much privacy. Be aware you cannot flush toilet paper or drink the sink water. So plan on buying water each time you are out. Breakfast was huge and plentiful but the same meal each morning. This needs to be addressed. Overall great stay.

Family stay in Oia

This is a lovely, cozy cave home. We were there as a family of 5. The place worked out great. The location is perfect. It is close but also quiet at night. The daily room cleaning was helpful. The showers don't drain well and the shower floors are not slanted toward the drain, so the bathroom floors were flooded each morning. At this price, that was not expected. We were surprised by the "additional person fee" linked to our 3rd child. I am not sure what this fee of $150/night covers. Just keep this in mind if you are booking this home listed for up to 5, for more than 4 people.

This is the most amazing place . The views are fabulous. Location , close to the centre . Lovely shops and restaurants. The cave house is something different , all white , beds really comfy. . Nice white bedding . The only down side , a week not long enough . We were met at the airport , the transfer was good . We were helped with our luggage to the cave house. Would definitely return in the future. Catherine met us at the Cave house and showed us round . She was there if we needed anything .

Villa troglodyte avec une situation merveilleuse sur la Caldeira proche de la rue principale mais au calme. Jolie terrasse avec vue mer pour les petits déjeuners et l’apéro ! Service journalier de ménage avec des personnes joignables à tout moment pour l’intendance et les services. Merci Katherin pour vos services notamment. oia est très touristique mais reste un endroit merveilleux. Nous avons circulé dans toute l’ île grâce aux bus locaux. Nous avons embarqué sur une caïque pour découvrir les îles de la Caldeura, option moins onéreuse que les catamarans pour nous. Visite indépendante de Thirasia avec balade à pied jusqu’au monastère du bout de L’ île , visite d’ Akrotiri et de Pyrgos Beaucoup de restaurants très sympas Point D'orgue à Ammoudi avec dîner au sunset à la bonne heure Glace journalière au Lolita ‘s: incontournable. Bref, séjour inoubliable en famille.

Even better than we had imagined!

We absolutely loved our time in Oia--a charming village with very friendly people and many good places to eat. Marble Sun Villa was perfect for us. It is several steps down from the main alley, yet very quiet. The aesthetics are clean and simple, and the views of the caldera are breathtaking--even better than the photos on the website! The master patio is an awesome outside area, beds are comfy, linens nice, daily maid service. On the food front... Very tasty guiros by bus stop. Favorite restaurant was Militini. Fresh food, good prices, and the best Baklava in Oia! Santorini wine is delicious. Tips: Bring a converter and good walking shoes. You'll be kept in shape from all the steps you climb! Temps were mid 60's during the day, but sometimes felt cooler from the wind. We absolutely loved our cave house and Oia. Highly recommend!

This house is worth the money for the view alone. It is simply stunning and we spent a lot of time on the balcony. It is exactly as described and is an ideal base form which to explore Oia. It was clean and well equipped (the kitchen was not stunning, but we did not cook in anyway). The wifi worked well and the daily maid service kept everything clean. The property is very close to the main street of Oia - but there are a lot of steps to get there. The owners organized both transfers and portering of luggage which was a great help. The communication was good and the owner was very responsive when we contacted him. We loved the town of Oia and found some great restaurants to eat in. Don't miss the sunsets! Highly recommend the Oia Sunset Cruise - it was fantastic.

This villa has an amazing view of the Caldera.

This villa is located on the main strip of the village of Oia and easy access to the shops and restaurant. Has an amazing view of the Caldera and walking distance to Amoudi Bay. We had enjoyed our stay in this villa and would recommend it to others. Definitely will stay in this villa on our next trip back to Santorini!!!

Why they chose this property

Oia, pronounced Ia, is the most famous of all villages of Santorini. It is known throughout the world for its quiet life and fantastic sunset, and is certainly the most beautiful and picturesque village of Santorini. The village is also situated on top of an impressive cliff and offers a spectacular view over the volcano of Palia and Nea Kameni and the island of Thirassia. Oia is situated on the north of the island, 11 km away from Fira.

It is a traditional village with charming houses in narrow streets, blue domed churches, and sun-bathed verandas. Its streets have plenty of tourist shops, taverns, cafes, and other shops. Oia is much more quiet that Fira and the busiest area is the main pedestrian that runs along its length. At the entrance of the village is a car park where visitors can leave their vehicle and enjoy long walks in the picturesque paths. The volcano from here is much less imposing but you can still get some gorgeous views.
