Great little apartment. We stayed for almost an entire month. Nicely renovated. Fully furnished and equipped with any possible appliance (washing machine, greatly appreciated), tools, kitchen utensils/cookware, cleaning supplies, basic cooking spices. Lots of storage space, the closet is great, plus you can store your suitcase under the bed (mine was big, so I had to unfold it open)We enjoyed the court yard-facing windows, as they provided privacy. The building's entry is on a dead-end/pedestrian-only stretch, so the street is very quiet. Collective roads and avenues are 2-3 blocks away, so you'll be out in traffic in 1 minute. Local bakery, café, and corner store, only a minute away. Metro station is 600m away, 4 stops to downtown. So you'd be in Syntagma Square in about 30'. Alternatively, bus stop to DT about 3 blocks away. Every Monday there's a farmer's market 4 blocks away on the street. The hosts replied to all my requests/questions over the vrbo chat within minutes. A small non-emergency repair was handled the day after I notified of the issue. Overall? I'd stay there again. No brainer.
