South Park - the largest park in Oxford with views of the historic spires and towers is down the road and includes a fun kids play area.
The historic Oxford City Centre and famous college grounds are a 15 minute scenic walk away over Magdalen Bridge (where you can see or go punting!) or, easily catch one of the many busses running from Cowley Road - 2 min walk, 5 min bus ride. Oxford is the land of the bikes with lots of wonderful cycle paths and there is a wall anchor outside the front of the property for guests to lock their bikes.
From St Clements (7 min walk) you can catch a 24/7 bus servicing London (OxfordTube) and surrounding airports.

SELF CHECK IN Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note: You will be charged £100.00 for lost keys, broken keys and key call outs, so please be careful with them. A charge will also be applied if guests check in early or check out late without permission or do not place the keys back in the key safe on their departure.
CLEANING/ LINEN The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean with fresh linen and towels during your stay.
Linen and bedding is not provided for the travel cot, please bring your own if required.
We provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet roll, travel size shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and will recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more once you have settled in.
PARKING Unfortunately there is no parking on premises, please check out 'JustPark' online for local, affordable options. There is also paid parking available at Union Street Car Park - only a few minutes walk away.
AMENITIES The Smart TV offers on demand apps such as Netflix, iPlayer and more but please note, this is an online TV and does not offer regular TV channels. Netflix login details are provided. - DeLonghi Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine available for use, coffee pods not included but can be purchased from a local store
FIREPLACE The wood burner in the living room is available for use. If you do not regularly use a wood burning stove, please make sure you fully familiarise yourself with how to do so and do not leave the fire unattended. Clean burning fuel is not provided but can be easily purchased from a local store along with firelighters. More instructions and tips will be provided in our guest manual. Please be sure to clean up after use or you may incur an additional cleaning fee. The fireplaces in the bedroom photos are not for use, decor only.

NECCESITIES Cowley Road is lined with Supermarkets, Tesco Metro & Sainsbury's are both within a 3 minute walk away. On Cowley Road you will also find everything you require; shops, ATMs, pharmacy (Boots). There is a lovely farmers' market most Saturdays 10am-1pm in the primary school just behind the Tesco on Cowley Road.
PLACES TO EAT & DRINK There is a huge choice of restaurants and bars along Cowley Road and also along St Clements street, which are both a few minutes walk from the house. Our Favourites: PanPan (Asian Street Food), Antep Kitchen (Turkish), and Za'atar Bake (Arabic Cuisine). Oli's Thai (if you can get a table) and Spiced Roots (Caribbean) are both worth a visit. For an amazing steak platter or Sunday roast dinner, The Chester Arms will hit the spot. For drinks, BeAtOne is a great cocktail bar. For food and drinks check out The Big Society for a fun atmosphere with ping pong tables or Kazbar for Tapas! The Cape of Good Hope is a lively pub with food, quizzes, music and more.
THINGS TO DO, PLACES TO SEE There are lots of parks and green areas nearby. South Park, just off Morrell Avenue is the largest park in Oxford, it has a great play area and offers lovely views of the city spires from its slopes. On Cowley Road: Independent cinema called Ultimate Picture Palace, O2 Academy (music venue).
OXFORD CITY CENTRE: By foot: 15/20 minutes. By bus: Bus stop 2 minute walk away on Cowley Road. The number '1' and '5' bus run regularly and will get you to the centre in approx. 5 minutes. By car: 5 minute drive, a taxi will cost approx £5-£8 and we recommend Royal Cars taxi company.
FURTHER AFIELD: St. Clements in under a 10 minute walk away and offers 24/7 busses servicing London and surrounding airports. Super easy and cheap! Check-out the 'Oxford Tube' and 'The Airline'.

Very nice modernised property, in a good location close to restaurants and shops and within easy walking distance of the city centre. The lounge seating was fine for us as there were only four staying, but would have been a struggle had we had six people staying.

The townhouse was alright. It was somewhat dirty when we arrived…unclean showers, dirty dishes, trash out front. However, the beds were comfortable, and the location was super convenient.

Our family really enjoyed out stay in this home and appreciated the attention to details. It provided a great layout and lots of space for our family of 5. We easily walked to and from the city centre. And there were lots of great restaurant options in the neighborhood as well.
We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a wonderful location. Quiet neighborhood minutes away from a busy and fun street. That ice cream shop on the corner is a must-visit! The house was clean, the kitchen spacious and well-equipped, and the heated floors a definite plus! The check-in process and communication were easy. Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect for us as close to tennis camp we were booked on. Property great modern and comfortable.
Couple of improvements/suggestions - could do with chest of drawers in attic bedroom abs extra chair/sofa in lounge as only really seating for 3 and we were 4 (let alone 6). Otherwise beautiful property. We loved our stay

nice modern property close to City Centre and many shops
The pictures don't make justice, the property is even prettier in person. It is very well equipped (except I wish it had clothes drier) it has clothes washing machine but not drying machine. The furniture is all good quality and goes well with the overall decor of the house. Easy communication with the host at all times. It is walking distance to supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shops, and the City Centre. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Big spacious house, we could walk to Oxford. But, the kitchen was dirty, I had yo go get cleaning stuff from shop, had wash all crockery, only 4 cups and 5 beer glasses! Plug in bath does not fit! Lots of light bulbs not working! Very poor standard of clean and facilities.

Needs to be painted
The house is modern and spacious…but…the walls are very dirty (mostly grease stains). It needs to be painted wall-to ceiling everywhere. For our stay, the cleaning was incomplete (stains on the kitchen armoires, dirt and nails on the floor). Even if it had been cleaned thoroughly, we still would not have been comfortable because the walls were stained and no amount of cleaning can change that. The house is close to restaurants, groceries and transportation and a walking distance from the center of towm which is nice…but you cross many student houses not well maintained on the street. The check-in/out process is simple and they did offer to clean the house during our stay so communication with the rental company is easy. Overall, the experience was underwhelming and merits a 3 star.

Très belle maison à Oxford
Maison très confortable, toute rénovée avec de belles salles de bain et une cuisine moderne. Confortable pour 6 personnes. Malheureusement il n'y a pas de parking disponible et les voitures de location ne peuvent pas se parquer dans la rue. Bémol supplémentaire, quand nous sommes arrivés, il n'y avait pas de papier de toilette, ni sel, ni poivre, ni thé, ni café, avec seul 1 sac poubelle et une tablette pour la machine à laver la vaisselle. J'aurais préféré payer 10 livres de plus et pouvoir bénéficier de papier de toilette à notre arrivée à 22h00! Surtout que nous sommes restés 3 nuits et avons dû tout acheter. Nous avons laissé pour les prochains locataires en espérant que les propriétaires ne les prennent pas pour eux.
