Villa La Rovina for 8 people

Villa La Rovina is an impressive 4-bedroom house that offers spectacular views of the Puerto Pollensa countryside. It is just a 10-minute walk from the beach and all services. This popular coastal destination has a wide variety of trendy shops, cafés and bistros along the waterfront, which leads to the marina and continues along the famous Paseo de los Pinos. The villa itself has a south-facing private pool, surrounded by large gardens, and a bright and spacious interior. In addition, it has air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room, free Wi-Fi and private parking.



Interior spaces

The living room is equipped with comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and a table with chairs, creating a welcoming environment to relax in. The adjoining kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, with windows that offer views of the pool and the terrace with barbecue. From here you can also access the service room.



Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with two single beds that overlooks the backyard. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a private balcony, from which you can admire views of the patio and the majestic Tramuntana Mountains in the distance. The third twin bedroom shares a large balcony with the double room, with views of the pool and the Bóquer Valley. The double room has a private bathroom, while the twin rooms share a separate bathroom.



Pool, garden and barbecue area

The outdoor space is undoubtedly one of the best features of Villa La Rovina. The pool is surrounded by an extensive terrace for sunbathing, and a lawned garden that faces south, enjoying the sun for most of the day. If you want a break from the heat, there's a covered area for outdoor seating and dining, providing shade at all times. In addition, the villa has a brick barbecue, perfect for preparing delicious meals at home. At the back of the villa, you'll find a second, partially shaded patio, also equipped with table and chairs.



The tourist tax is included in the price. Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.

Great villa in quiet location five mins walk to seafront.

Lovely villa with no overlooking properties. Lots of outside space. Villa well maintained and really felt like a home from home. Would have no hesitation in booking again

Great location.

The Villa was good, very nice outdoor area and space to relax or kick a ball, no other villas over looking which is always a bonus. The venue was great, short walk to the port, no real need for a car. We would return again.

Fantastic location

This was the perfect villa for us because of the downstairs bedroom. Travelling with my 80 year old Dad made this a great set up. Location is amazing as long as you can walk well as ground is uneven. There is a busy main road nearby. Perhaps not charging extra for pool towels. We decided to bring our own but would prefer not to have to.

Lovely Villa in an excellent location.

Villa layout is excellent and all of the facilities are good quality. The front gate does not work. When I reported this to Easyvillas Mallorca sales team, rather than assist me I was told to contact their service team instead. This wasn’t very helpful.

Good value villa in excellent location, but showing its age

The outdoor space and pool were excellent. Each bedroom was spacious with plenty of storage. Overall the villa is large, airy and very functional, with plenty of amenities. The location was incredibly convenient. There was a noticeable damp issue in the downstairs bedroom. The safe did not work during our stay and the electric gate failed after two days - both issues were notified to the agency but not attended to. Cleaning supplies were lacking and the AC units became temperamental after use. General cleanliness of the common areas (kitchen and living room) was poor. The villa would benefit from some maintenance (for example, door handles tightened, cupboard doors sealed, flaking paint removed etc).

Great villa we will return

We had a fantastic time at this villa. It is spotlessly clean, with modern facilities and has everything you need for a great stay . Fantastic location, as you are 200 yards to the supermarket and 200 yards the other way to the bus stop that can take you anywhere on the island. A short walk takes you into the port The pool area is great for chilling, even if it was a bit cool this time of year, but it didn’t stop us from jumping in 🥶. The villa looks like it is in a remote area, but you’re really quite close to all the bars and restaurants. It is close to all the main cycle routes out of porta pollenca , I found it easily accessible . We emailed yourselves regarding the pool filter and you were prompt to reply. We would definitely return and recommend the villa to others. Perfect location! I would make thing a little easier to find at night when you first arrive. The address you give is 1 cami boudor and our taxi driver took us to that address, but the lock box with the keys is on the main road where the electric gate, is on the opposite side to the taxi drop off. You give latitude and longitude and that may be the main gate, but people get confused when you look at the map and the villa is pinned on the back entrance, cami bodour . Drop off and pick up would be much easier on the main road as there is a place to park right outside the main gate if you provide this as an address. The other entrance is also quite tight for vehicles. That aside my only other thing we found is that our clothes and bedding felt damp, don’t know if it’s because the villa hadn’t be used over the winter months, but I noticed it the first night when I got into bed. Once you warmed up you didn’t notice it until the next night and when we put our clothes on they had a damp feel, our friends also mentioned it . I did mention it in a email . Being able to put the heating on may have helped, but there were no instructions on how to operate this and it isn’t a system we were familiar with. It was unusually cold in the evenings, which also contributed.

Very functional house close to everything

The Location The house was spacious The Pool and the outside area We enjoyed the pool-table The house was very clean and functional The address you get from the company leads to a gate you don't have the key for! You have to enter a gate on another street 200 meters away and it can be difficult to find especially if you arrive when it's dark. There is a sign which says "Villa Roina" but it's small, a little lousy and difficult to find.
