In one of the best locations to be found for a detached bungalow on the east coast of Lincolnshire, you can step through the garden gate straight onto the sand dunes and the lovely sandy beach at Anderby Creek. Complete with its own private hot tub for six, set under a pergola this luxury holiday home will be one that no one wants to go home from. Sea Breezes is ideal for families and couples, situated next to the sand dunes on a dead-end lane. Offering luxury open plan living/dining/kitchen with bi-folding doors opening onto the rear garden. In the back garden you have a private sun deck up on the sand dunes where you can gaze across the beach to the sea, with disability access through a nearby car park. Access to the beach is through the back of the garden, with steps in sand dunes! it really is a relaxing place to be and make lovely memories of a seaside holiday.
Just a short distance to the village café, shop and pub. Nearby Skegness offers plenty for all the family for a day out with traditional amusements, a funfair, cinema, bowling alley and many other attractions. You can also enjoy Fantasy island, Butlins, the Water Leisure Park or head inland to explore the rolling countryside of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Anderby Creek has a café, beach shop and pub and is undoubtably one of the best destinations to be found along this stretch of coast in between the traditional seaside resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe. You have the option to go fishing from the sea, but you will need a fishing license. Beach direct access from the garden. Pub and Restaurant ¼ mile.

Fantastic place to stay with easy beach access from the garden Sea Breezes accommodation would highly recommend very clean and everything you need even the hot tub was fantastic not much open at Anderby Creek though not even the beach cafe as we went in February but later in the season it would b lovely to stop and have something to eat there beach was very good
