Shoreham beach house
We have a large open plan dining room living room. With a large table, which is perfect for the whole family.
Big gardens front and back, which includes a new climbing structure / outdoor gym.
My favourite place in the house is the south facing balcony. Perfect for a lazy morning coffee with a view.
We are located just back from the beach. A short walk you can join the boardwalk which takes you all the way along shoreham beach. You can walk along to Ferry road bakery or ice cream parlour.

I am a mother of 2 active boys and a water sports enthusiast. We moved to shoreham beach just over four years ago from Brighton as our eldest was starting school.
Shoreham beach is the perfect place to bring up children as its quiet, safe and friendly.
I am a keen kitesurfer and paddle boarder and love enjoying everything the area has to offer, including mountain bike rides on the downs and walks along the coastline, river or hills

What makes this property unique
South facing balcony.
Our seating area in the back garden captures the afternoon and early evening sun.. we call it the warm corner as its protected from the wind. Lovely place to enjoy a sundowner then sit by the firepit after the sun has set.
