Das Haus ist wirklich schön und nahezu komplett hochwertig ausgestattet. Hier und da bedarf es sicherlich noch etwas Arbeit (Fenster im Bad oben fĂ€llt aus den Angeln wenn man es öffnen möchte). Die GerĂ€uschkulisse der Straße ist wirklich kaum erwĂ€hnenswert und stört absolut nicht. Die Lage ist ingesamt super!Was jedoch wirklich unterirdisch war ist die Kommunikation mit dem „Gastgeber“! Es wird auf Fragen vor Anreise nicht reagiert, sodass wir ĂŒber andere Onlineseiten eine weitere Kontaktmöglichkeit heraussuchen mussten um ĂŒberhaupt eine Info fĂŒr den Check-In zu erhalten. Jedoch wurde uns die Info bzgl. Des Check In auch erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen (!!) nachdem wir auf Fuerteventura gelandet sind (ca. 15 Uhr - 1 Stunde vor offiziellem Check In), per WhatsApp gesendet. Die offizielle Check Out Mail kam dann natĂŒrlich ungefragt bereits 3 Tage nach dem Check In (Reisezeit 1 Woche). Nach 10 Jahren und unzĂ€hlig gemieteten HĂ€usern, ĂŒber sĂ€mtliche Plattformen in vielen LĂ€ndern dieser Welt, habe ich eine so unfĂ€hige Kommunikation noch nie erlebt.

Haus klasse, Lage okay

Das Haus "Villa Bali" ist vollstĂ€ndig und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben uns die Poolheizung gespart und das Geld lieber ins Restaurant getragen :-) Der Pool war troptzdem nicht wirklich kalt. Mit am besten gefiel uns, dass die Terrassenmöbel endlich mal keine Kunststoffmöbel waren, sondern aus einem massiven Holztisch und hochwertigen StĂŒhlen bestand. Überhaupt gab es draußen sehr viele verschiedene Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, mit und ohne Schatten. Allerdings ist die Lage direkt an der Hauptstrasse eher suboptimal. Vor allem, weil auf der Strassenecke, an der das Haus liegt, ein Abholpunkt fĂŒr GĂ€ste des in der Nebenstrasse gelegenen Hotels eingerichtet wurde. Ab 5 Uhr morgens geht das Geratter der Koffer los, dann wird sich mal lauter, mal leiser unterhalten und geraucht und gelacht. Mit offenem Fenster schalfen ist nicht ratsam. Da die Zimmer aber alle Klimaanlage haben, ist es fĂŒr denjenigen, der das mag, aber kein Problem und ei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man dann auch nichts mehr. Man gut, dass ich FrĂŒhaufsteher bin. Das geht dann so bis ca. 23Uhr, da werden die letzten neuen GĂ€ste gebracht. Danach ist Ruhe. TagsĂŒber geht das so ca. im 1 oder 2 Stundentakt. Wir haben uns davon aber nicht stören lassen und waren dann halt auch etwas lauter. Da wir keine Nachbarn hatten, konntenj wir ja niemanden stören. Und der Strand und das Meer lockten uns auch vom Haus fort :-) Der Billardtisch ist allerdings ein gespielter Witz, trug sehr zur Heiterkeit bei da er nicht wirklich plan war und die Kugeln in alle Richtungen rollten, nur nicht in die, in die man gestoßen hatte. Die Tischtennisplatte war aber anscheinden neu oder zumindest neuwertig und wir hatten einige Spiele absolviert. Die entsprechenden SchlĂ€ger waren auch in Ordnung.

Beautiful outdoor area. Everything very comfortable. Communication by WhatsApp worked very well and Manager and workforce were very quick to rescue.

Schöne Villa, die fast perfekt ist!

Villa ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Was nicht so schön war: Beheizter Pool ist vorhanden, aber die Heizung muss fĂŒr 20 Euro am Tag bezahlt werden! Zwei ZinmertĂŒren schlossen schlecht. Ansonsten alles super!
