TD Trulli Bruco Large Pool for Family Fun

Immersed in the quiet countryside of Monopoli, Trulli Bruco is an elegant complex of Trulli and Lamie recently renovated, where the authentic charm of the Apulian tradition meets contemporary comfort. The property is surrounded by a large well-kept garden with lawn, ideal for spending moments of relaxation in the open air.
The jewel in the crown of the villa is the beautiful private salt pool, complete with a solarium area equipped with sun loungers and a lovely entrance beach, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the water in total comfort. Next to the pool there is a large covered patio that houses an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a large dining table, designed for enjoying pleasant lunches and dinners with friends during warm summer evenings.
The outdoor area also offers an elegant covered relaxation area, furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, ideal for enjoying moments of tranquility in the shade. At the service of the outdoor areas there is also an outdoor shower and a full bathroom with washing machine.
The interiors, welcoming and with attention to detail, preserve all the original character of the trulli. The entrance opens onto a comfortable living area with sofa bed and TV, connected to a fully equipped kitchen. Inside one of the characteristic trulli there is a romantic double bedroom. On the opposite side of the house there is a cozy dining room with fireplace and a reading/smart-working corner furnished with armchairs, ideal for enjoying moments of tranquility. The floor is completed by two additional double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.
At the back of the property, an external staircase leads to the independent annex located on the first floor: an intimate and private space, equipped with a double bed, bathroom with shower and private terrace overlooking the pool and the surrounding countryside.
The location is perfect for exploring some of Puglia's most fascinating locations. The centre of Monopoli is just a 10-minute drive away. Polignano a Mare with its spectacular terraces overlooking the sea, Alberobello, Castellana Grotte and many other wonders of the Itria Valley are also easily accessible.
For security reasons, the structure has surveillance cameras, in the outdoor areas, to protect the owners and the guests themselves.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.

The late check-in fee is optional. If you choose not to use it, we will send you instructions to access the property and we will arrange an appointment to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and midnight is Eur 100.00.

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
