Welcome to Highgate Sunshine Villa located on the prestigious gated community of Highgate Park.

Our stunning 3 Bedroom is a single storey villa (which sleeps up to 8) on the gated Highgate Park Estate. The villa is open plan and features a kitchen, living room, dining room/2nd lounge, 3 bedrooms 1 ensuite and a further guest bathroom and a games room. The villa boasts a south facing pool with furniture with complete privacy and looking out on open land. We are within easy driving to all the major theme parks and within 10- minutes of resturants and shops. The villa is furnished throughout to a very high standard and is fully equipped with all you need to make this vacation a one to remember for all the family.

Strip any used beds and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Outside Were applicable, lower Umbrellas/parasols, reinstate pool fence, barbecue has been cleaned and replacement foil drip cup installed.
Inside Please lock all doors & put locking bars in place. Log out of apps on the TVs and ensure safe door is open
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No smoking anywhere on the property
Pool, please do not use the pool between 10pm-8am. Please be considerate of our neighbours.

Excellent stay

Melanie’s villa is absolutely amazing and just as pictured. Well equipped and very modern with a lovely south facing pool. It is situated in an excellent location near to Publix, 192 and the parks. We had a wonderful holiday and would hope to return again in future. Thank you for having us!

Lovely home from home villa

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Roger and Melanie were always at hand if we had any questions. Lovely welcoming home from home accommodation with everything you need. Comfortable beds and furnishings great to relax after a hard day in the theme parks. We will definitely book to stay again.

Beautiful house with everything supplied you need for an amazing holiday.

The house was beautiful, clean and exactly as described. We had no issues with our stay as a family of 4, it was within close proximity to all possible amenities required and close enough to all theme parks/Disney. The house was really well equipped and had everything you need for a great stay. The owners and management were fantastic and I would highly recommend staying here.

Property was as stated

This property was a good representation of the listing. Is not as convenient to the parks as I would have liked but should have looked at drive times. I was a little disappointed in the owners reluctance to refund some of my rent. I have been a VRBO traveller and owner for some time and have had not had to reschedule my trips. I have however had travelers to my properties reschedule and have not balked at refunding their funds. I am seriously reconsidering using this service in this respect. I really needed some consideration during this time and did not receive it.

Hi Thanks for reaching out, we’re pleased you found the villa met your expectations. On 16th December you advised us that you did not require the part of the booking over the Christmas period. This left us short of a booking 8 days before the most important period in the calendar. Forfeiture of monies in such cases is a standard term for villa rentals and is usually covered by travel insurance. In spite of this we offered to refund you on a pro rata basis any days we could let out at short notice. We are pleased that in spite of everything you made it safely home and as A good and responsible guest we would love to welcome you back anytime.

Our beautiful home as been completely up graded in November 2021 painted through out and moderised ready for our guests. we have south facing pool which has the sun all day long and is just the setting to be sitting around a pool have a drink and taking in the sun by the pool/ (what paradise) while watching the sunset what more can you ask for!!

Close to Disney world and universal studios within easy reach of all local restaurants and bars. davenport is now very high sort after place to stay with new shops road links and restaurants offering great family locations for the Disney and beyond them parks.
