La casa è situata in una zona tranquilla con una vista panoramica sulla val Marecchia. La Casa dei Formica è stata costruita nel 1990 dalla famiglia Para, soprannominata “E Furmiga” in dialetto romagnolo. Il capofamiglia Pietro, insieme alla moglie Rosy, amanti dei viaggi, della musica e degli oggetti di antiquariato, hanno partecipato attivamente alla costruzione della bellissima villa curandola in tutti minimi particolari. Si affitta solo a famiglie.

Siamo tre fratelli, Cecilia Matteo e Dino, insieme ai nostri genitori abbiamo vissuto questa casa in ritrovi di famiglia condividendo molti momenti di gioia e goliardia. Quando nostro padre ci lasciò, ottobre 2020, abbiamo deciso di affittare questa meravigliosa casa immersa nel verde cercando di far sentire a casa propria gli ospiti e di far vivere momenti di relax e beatitudine come lo sono stati per noi. Cerchiamo di accogliere sempre gli ospiti personalmente perché per noi è importante spiegare il valore che questa casa ha per noi.

Il progetto del 1990 è stato interamente ideato da nostro padre e nostra madre con ambienti grandi proprio perché la loro intenzione era quella di organizzare feste, ritrovi.
What makes this property unique
Affittiamo l'intera proprietà con spazi molto grandi e un giardino ampio per godere in estrema tranquillità ogni momento che si trascorre nella Casa dei Formica. E' possibile pranzare sotto il portico al fresco anche nelle ore più calde della giornata e ammirare dal giardino il panorama collinoso attorno.
Ci sono diversi percorsi di trekking e siamo felici di illustrarveli quando arriverete.
