The Little House by the Sea

The beach house enjoys a unique location, just 2 metres from the sea, near the centre of Massa Lubrense and only 4 km from Sorrento.
It features a living room with a dining area, a comfortable double sofa bed, and a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave with grill, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a hob, a toaster, and all the necessary utensils for preparing meals, as well as free Wi-Fi, a TV, and air conditioning.
It has 1 bedroom and a comfortable double sofa bed, complete with linens; it features a large panoramic window overlooking the sea, a bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and towels.
You’ll also find an ironing board and iron, as well as a collection of books.
Rates are for up to 2 people; each additional person will pay a supplement of 30 euros per day.
Rates include:
- Wi-Fi
- Water and gas consumption for cooking and hot water
- Bed linens and towels
- Final cleaning
- A cot complete with linens for children up to 3 years old

Rates do not include:
- electricity consumption, which is based on metre readings; unfortunately, guests often leave the air conditioners running 24 hours a day even with the balconies open, causing financial loss and damage to the motors—but please note that we do not charge for the final cleaning.
- a tourist tax of 2.50 euros per person.
- a surcharge for additional guests beyond the standard 2 guests.

- Upon check-out, the kitchen must be left as clean as it was found; there must be no dirty dishes in the sink and/or dishwasher, otherwise a cleaning fee of 30.00 euros will be charged.

The cancellation policy is as follows: free cancellation up to 60 days before the arrival date; from the 30th day onward, 50% of the rate will be charged, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
We do not charge extra fees for late-night arrivals or early-morning departures.
The seaside cottage is completely independent; guests have free access to the entire property.
We give our guests their space but are available whenever they need us.
The bus stop is about 500 metres from the villa, and the road leading to it is steep; a car is recommended. Private parking is available 100 metres from the villa.
To access the villa, there is a ramp with about 60 small steps leading downhill.
About 600 metres on foot from the beach is the quaint little marina of Marina della Lobra, where you’ll find excellent restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and a mini-market.
At the marina, you can also rent boats to visit the islands of Capri and Ischia, or Positano, Amalfi, and many other destinations.
Less than 1 km away is the town centre of Massa Lubrense, where you’ll find all kinds of shops, bars, and restaurants.
Famous places to visit: the stunning Sorrento and Amalfi coasts, with the picturesque towns of Sorrento and Massa Lubrense, Capri, Ischia, Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello; the archaeological ruins of Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Paestum; and Mount Vesuvius. Then there’s Naples, with its monuments, churches, basilicas, museums, history, and art. For nature lovers, there are enchanting places to spend an unforgettable holiday “surrounded by nature,” National Parks, mountains, and plateaus perfect for hiking and trekking, as well as archaeological parks, nature reserves, and marine protected areas. You can take long walks along nature trails through ancient villages, among lemon and olive trees, and through the Mediterranean scrub.
