Sumner holiday

Beautiful Villa, it had everything we needed and more….pool was fantastic, location was good, but a short drive to any activity, local beaches however are a short walk away and they are devine. We would highly recommend to anyone contemplating booking. Villas to Let are very hospitable and we felt they were there just hovering in the background had we needed anything. We will definitely be booking with Villas to Let again

A beautiful and comfortable house

The house was in the whole clean and tidy handed over. Striking was the pollution of the pool, was unfortunately not cleaned before our arrival. On the floor was a lot of sand and on the water surface were oily residues (perhaps from sunscreen). The sofa and certain mattresses in the children's rooms look very used and repulsive. The house is a little difficult to find. The service is outstanding and responds very quickly in all matters. All in one, it is recommendable.

Disappointing

Cleanliness is a huge problem. House was very poorly cleaned upon our arrival. There are stains all over floors and walls. Pool seemed not to be cleaned for quite some time so was impossible to use. Bed linen had stains and was torn at the edges. Toilette brush in the bathroom was disgusting and the edges of shower are full of mold. There are no toiletries at all. Pans in the kitchen had food leftovers. The whole property is full of small flies so the lights need to be off the whole time. All houses in this complex are so close to each other so it is impossible to relax if you have loud neighbours (which we had). On the positive side - beds are comfortable, concierge helpful and friendly, wifi and air-conditioning working properly.

Schön sauber und geräumig

Wir waren hier mit meiner Frau sehr zufrieden. Am Anfang haben wir ein bisschen Gedanken gehabt wegen nicht so gute vorherige Bewertungen. Hier ich muss aber sagen, alles was die Leute vor uns negativ bewertet haben hat der Vermieter gehoben, daher haben wir uns von Anfang her sehr wohlgefühlt und würden gerne, wenn es geht auch die 7 Sterne geben :-) Wir kommen gerne wieder!
