My name is Belle. Recently renovated in one of the most residential and sought after areas of l'Escala.

My Mediterranean style, with white as the protagonist, with a very special touch of blue sky, blue sea and turquoise pool with a huge space to enjoy summer barbecues and good times with family and friends.

I was recently renovated with an innovative vision and meticulous attention to detail, equipped with air conditioning and fans in all rooms.

From the pool, enter the first floor where you will find a beautiful well equipped and functional kitchen that merges with a charming and bright living-dining room creating a warm and versatile atmosphere, 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.

The wooden staircase connects the ground floor to access the first floor where you will find a suite with dressing room and a huge terrace with its spectacular views... ! what views!

Ensemble maison extérieur très bien Agence solhome très réactive aux petits soucis comme fonctionnement télé parasols à utiliser. Clim très appreciable Un seul regret le proprio devrait moderniser le matériel exterieur et mettre plus de lumière extérieure.
