Isabelle: Villa with private pool and sea view in Cala Montgó

This amazing villa with private pool and magnificent views is situated in Cala Montgo, a privileged enclave on the Costa Brava, surrounded by ancient cultures and beautiful landscapes.

The spacious living room, the kitchen, and two of the four bedrooms have wonderful views of the sea. The garden and the wonderful pool, which gives you the feeling of hanging over the sea, invites you to spend good times with your family and friends. To access the house there are stairs. The villa has panoramic views of the Montgrí Natural Park and the beach of Montgó. This is one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava.

In addition, this beach offers magnificent walks through the Montgrí Natural Park. The road to the beach is only 450 meters away. The house has several large terraces, garden and private pool. Outside the house you will find tables with chairs, loungers, and everything you need to enjoy the holidays. About 500 meters from the house there are restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket.

In total in the villa can sleep 8 people (2 double beds and 4 single beds).



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

Lækker pool og gode udendørsområder. Superflot udsigt over bugten og over til naturparken. Aircon i stueetagen, men ikke på førstesalen.

Service K3homes très professionnel, petit souci de piscine et aussitôt réactif. K3homes à recommander. Situation géographique excellente, cadre idyllique, maison correcte. Le petit bémol serai les marches avant l’accès à la maison mais arrivée en haut avec la vue exceptionnelle pas de regrets.

Breathtaking location

The house is in a breathtaking location with a fantastic view. The outdoors spaces were fantastic and we ate every meal out on the patio looking out over the cove. The pool was clean. It is not heated, but the water was still warm. Snorkeling along the rocks down in the cove was great, with lots and lots of small fish. The house itself was very clean when we arrived so absolutely no complaints there. The house did not have paper towels, and limited toilet paper so you may want to bring those. There were also no spices for cooking so you will need to bring your own. We ate many meals out at the wonderful local restaurants and bars, so you really don’t need to cook much. As others have mentioned, the Wi-Fi at the house was excruciatingly slow. The house does have a washer but no dryer. As others have mentioned there are a large number of small ants outside of the house that will seek out any food left out in the kitchen. We were careful to put all food into the refrigeratoropen bread and pastries into the oven. However we didn’t think to clean all of the crumbs from the toaster. The next morning there was a trail of ants to the toaster. This is just a consequence of where the house is located. They had the house very clean for our arrival. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Good place

Overall it's a good place. It's a great view, nice pool, relaxing space to be in. You can walk to the beach although of course it's quite a steep walk home and there are many steps which was a bit of work with a buggy for our child. But overall it was a good place and we had a good trip. K3 were very easy to deal with. There aren't many 'essentials' such as salt / cooking oil / extra loo roll etc. I prefer places that have the basics in place. Also there was some smell from the drains.

Vue exceptionnelle.

We en famille pour les 60 ans de mon mari, ce fut un rêve dans cette maison surplombant la crique de Cala Montgó. Nous reviendrons pour un we entre amis . Literie super. Mais les oreillers ne sont pas à la hauteur de la qualité de la literie. Dommage.
