Single storey villa (100 m2). Situated between Riells and Riells de Dalt approx 600 m from the sea front – Riells beach, shops and restaurants. (Wi-fi included in the price)

- 3 bedrooms (1 doble, 1 simple, 1 doble with bathroom)

- 1 bathroom and toilet

Outside:

- Enclosed garden

- Covered terrace with bbq

- Private pool 3 m x 6 m with stairs in the pool and outside shower

- 1 parking space in the property

The price of the rent is determined according to the time of the year and for a maximum number of people.

50% will be paid upon booking of the accommodation and 50% will be paid a maximum one month before the stay.

Payments will be made by card online.

VACATION CHECKS NOT ACCEPTED.

The caution: 300 €, will be given at the reception of the keys of the house. (Credit card)

The cleaning of the day of exit is not included in the price of the hiring, it is optional: 90 €. (cash)

Possibility to rent beds linens and towels.

Included in the price are water, electricity and gas.
