Property was clean and cosy. It would have scored ‘excellent’ if there had been a welcome pack that included at the very least a pint of milk and small loaf of bread. There were also no staples such as time foil or cling film.

Very nice and cozy location! My only recommendation would be for future guests to be equipped with a vehicle, since it may pose a challenge for those wishing to walk into town and the highway fronting the farm could be challenging at times with heavy traffic, plus as the VRBO guide suggests, taxi service must be planned in advance. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

It’s going to get better!!

Lovely stay in the Hayloft, spacious and nicely situated with great views. The new owners are going to improve the properties which is probably needed but not essential.

First time in Suffolk

Our first time staying in Suffolk and it is well worth a visit. Lovely area and many nice places to visit. Little disappointed with the cleanliness of the kitchen ware and the bathroom (black mould around the shower) but otherwise a great base to visit Aldeborough and Southwold - and we had a great recommendation for the Plough and Sail pub in Snape - excellent!

Nice, comfortable barn. Very clean. Good location for touring the area.
