Expensive, but good (only one complaint)

We have been renting houses in this area for many years and this year was very expensive in comparison. It was not only this house, but if it continues we may consider other areas in future. Our only complaint was the noise from the A/C in the master bedroom. We did complain and they sent someone, but he informed that nothing could be done.
