Excellent, location and home which was a good base for our trip.

The house was in an excellent location, was lovely and warm, well equipped and met our every need. Given the good weather the outside space was also good to enjoy. A very quiet area too, but close to amenities. Nothing bad to say.

A perfect place to stay for families. The Christmas decorations were a great addition. Would definitely recommend to a friend! N/A

Beautiful house with lots of space. For us it was just perfect. A little more information about the house such as heating, garbage and so on would be nice

Lovely house; terrible customer service

I chose this property because my 85 yr old mom can't do stairs. The house is a 5 min ride from town center & the house is nice - 1.5 baths, 3 BRs, a nice kitchen, living rm, washer & dryer, quiet. However, I spent 48 hrs trying to reach the property mgr for key pickup. At 9 pm on arrival night, we hadn't heard from her. We spent hours trying to reach Trident & VRBO customer service. By 10 pm we were asking people in the local pub if they knew anyplace we could sleep. Finally someone at Bunkers said they knew the property manager (Helena) & put us in touch with her. She knew we were checking in that evening yet never reached out to ask us or Trident if we're coming. The confirmation email had the wrong phone #, so we were stuck. She had our information, but never bothered to ask us or Trident if we were coming. She said she was only "the emergency contact." The next morning, someone named Bridget showed up to "make sure we were all set." She said she only cleaned the house. In other words, they threw each other under the bus. VRBO's "rebooking team" contact me THE NEXT NIGHT to see if I needed a place to sleep. The owners of this property need to fire their team as there were spider and cobwebs everywhere - something a competent cleaning person could have taken care of in minutes. Bridget and Helena are both useless. If you book this lovely property, make sure you are in touch with them long before your arrival to avoid the nightmare we experienced.

Perfect base to discover Kerry

The house with a beautiful garden is out in the wild (absolut silent at night, nearly no traffic at the days) with ladybirds and sometimes deer or pheasants in the garden. It is possible to reach some pubs by foot ;-) Perfect also for kids. The host was very committed and fixed any small issues immediately. Best beds in holiday homes/hotels since years!!!

Excellent accommodation in perfect location

Space for family. Well catered for a family stay. Easy to get to drive many outstanding beauty spots and great days out. So much to see, we didn’t have time to see it all. Great to come back to such a comfortable house. Beds super comfortable. Everything you need in the property. Maybe more leaflets for places to visit within the area.

Peaceful setting

Lovely and quiet with mountain views. We just mainly heard the birds. Spacious bungalow with lovely rooms. Local walks and small town 5 minutes by car. Great area for views around the ring of Kerry. Don't miss Inch beach and Dingle. We went through Black rock valley which is amazing but beware that it's a one track road. Tralee park and Museum is worth a look if you like history. We also went to the theatre there to see Ahem about Irish dancing and song. All in all a good trip for our first look at Ireland.
