Great Location at the base of Cap Sante just 1/2 Block from Boat Launch. Filtered views of working waterfront. Easy 4 block walk or bike to downtown Anacortes with lots of shops and restaurants. Great walk or bike to Cap Sante Marina where Anthonys and the Cabana are located or you can book a whale watching tour. Similar distance up to the viewpoint of Cap Sante overlooking the entire Cap Sante Boat basin, downtown Anacortes and beyond. Also walking distance to the local Farmers Market and Festivals held in the Cap Sante Basin and downtown.

House has been recently updated. King in the master with attached full bath. Queen in the 2nd bedroom with adjacent full hall bath. Fully stocked kitchen with leathered granite countertops. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer and utility sink is located just off the kitchen and a door leads to small garage.

Perfect Stay

Beautiful, charming and comfortable house. Well kept and super clean. Erik put fresh tulips in every room--an indication of what a great stay it was. We will stay again and again if available. I would imagine that it books up quickly.

Beautiful in and out

This is a really lovely ranch home that's lovely inside and out. The two bedrooms share a wall. The main bathroom is in the same hallway. The master bedroom has it's own bath. Lots of windows that open. A garage with bikes for your use and to store gear safely while you. explore. Great kitchen,lovely backyard deck with a gas fireplace and BBQ. Convenient to Cap Sante marina (15-min walk to the office) and the main business/restaurant strip on Commercial Ave. Owners are great. Really responsive to questions and advice. We'd stay here again for sure.

The perfect pad with all the right stuff.

Working with this owner is a breeze. The location was quite with ample parking. Two bedrooms with two full baths. Washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with everything to prepare meals/cook/bbq and dishwasher. Nice fenced in back yard, covered deck with chairs and fire pit. Bikes to use in garage too. It was great. We’ll be back for sure !

Great, comfortable house

We had a great time at this house. The house had big bedrooms, kitchen and TV room. We really enjoyed our stay. We decided to stay home for dinner one night versus going out. We cooked on the BBQ and sat by the firepit and enjoyed a great evening in the spacious backyard. If you are looking for a place to stay in Anacortes, check this place out. The pictures on the VRBO listing do not do the house justice.

A Superior Stay !

Very comfortable lodging, IMMACULATE, and very well equipped (from the kitchen to the grills, to the fire pit, to the bicycles). We found this to be one of the very best stays we've experienced (of about thirty total). We found the location wonderful. Watching ships pass nearby, seeing fisherman neighbors at work, appeals to us. The walk to the north end of the town's main street is less than ten minutes, but there's a good seafood restaurant two minutes away. All things considered, highhly recommended.

Artistic cool home at the base of Cap Sante

We had to leave our home for the holidays which was difficult but this lovingly appointed property felt like home . Every item you could need was provided . I could bake without struggle . The area is also lovely with nearby trails and restaurants being accessible to town. We had a great time Thank you for creating such a beautiful nest

Comfortable and cool coastal house

While the rest of the PNW was going through a heat wave, we enjoyed the cooler weather with the coastal breezes of Anacortes. Comfy house for the whole family and perfect walking distance to see the ocean and the farmer’s market.

Fantastic Property

This is a fantastic VRBO option in Anacortes. It is extremely clean, very comfortable and the outside fire pit is a huge bonus! Erik was very easy to communicate with. The location cannot be beat - within walking distance to downtown! Would highly recommend.
