No 1 Ashey is a modern house with an abundance of space which makes it the superb base for larger families looking to holiday on the Isle of Wight.The spacious lounge/diner offers a large leather sofa to seat all the family, furnished with modern decor, a TV with Free view and DVD player. A dining table to seat 8 is situated overlooking the garden with an extra TV.There is a separate utility room to the side of the dining area via two steps, which houses a basin, washing machine and tumble dryer.The kitchen is fitted with modern gloss units, built in electric oven with gas hob. There is also a microwave, American fridge freezer, toaster and kettle.A double bedroom is located on the ground floor with French doors which lead onto the patio.A shower room with WC, hand basin and heated towel rail is also located on the ground floor.Upstairs there are 3 modern bedrooms with wooden flooring, 2 spacious double bedrooms and one twin bedroom.There is a generously sized family bathroom which includes a bath with an overhead shower, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail.To the rear of the property there is a fully enclosed garden area split into four areas, a stunning patio overlooking the pool with outdoor seating, There is also an outside WC and hand basin.There are steps that lead to you down to the heated swimming pool (available from April- September). Along the promenade, ten pin bowling, a fun fair, canoe lake and a swimming pool, providing plenty to do within the local area.
