This atmospheric apartment is part of a magnificent 200 year old farmhouse, that has been entirely restored. The owner lives in one of the apartments and the remaining 4 are being rented. The large pool, meadow with small playground and washing machine are shared with the other residents. The accommodations are wonderfully furnished and have features such as authentic brick and chestnut beamed ceilings.

Daily groceries and lovely terraces are found ony 2 kilometres away, in the small village of Castelfranco di Sopra. You are in the heart of the beautiful wine region of Chianti. Visiting one of the many wineries is something you must not fail to do.

At nearly 45 kilometres you will find Etruscan Arezzo as wel as the renaissance town of Florence. This beautiful city that lies on the Arno river was birthplace and home to well known historical figures such as Donatello, Leonardo Da Vinci, Galileo Galilei, and many others. The city was founded in the year 59 BC by Julius Caesar as a settlement for Roman soldiers that had left the army at the end of their term.
