4 person holiday home in Væggerløse

Holiday apartment located centrally on Marielyst in a secluded complex with apartments and terraced houses. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, open kitchen to the living room, double bedroom and bathroom. From the living room there is access to a private terrace where you can grill. There are stairs to the 1st floor, where the sleeping areas are distributed with 2 single beds. There is free wireless internet and TV with Danish and German channels. In the kitchen there are i.a. refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher. The house is heated with electric heating and can therefore be used all year round. There is shared parking in the area. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Soweit kritiklos, bis auf die fehlende Rückmeldung der vermietenden Agentur zu fehlenden bzw. nicht funktionstüchtigen Ausstattungsdetails sowie der mehr als 2-wöchigen Dauer der Endabrechnung der hinterlassen Kaution. Denn für die Endkontrolle war vorab eine verpflichtende Gebühr von über 30 Euro fällig, auch trotz Selbstdurchführung der Endreinigung, die zusätzlich 159 Euro hätte kosten sollte. Die noch zur Erstattung nunmehr offene Kautionsrückzahlung von über 180 Euro ist zur Rückerstattung nach erst 2 Wochen ausgewiesen. So kann man sich auch einen lukrativen Zinsgewinn nebenbei erwirtschaften. Anfragen dazu im Rahmen an sich positiver Bewertungen blieben im Grunde unbeantwortet. Bei dem Preisniveau im Verhältnis zur Unterkunft, die hier gar nicht kritisiert werden soll, muss das nicht sein.Schade!! Sehr schade!
