For all travelers, who love to travel back in time and spend days of tranquility and simplicity. In Raggiolo the air is pure and the inhabitants of this beautiful Tuscan village are happy to introduce the lifestyle of this place.



The apartment comprises two floors. On the first floor, you will find a living room with kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a and bathroom with toilet and shower. A staircase leads up to the loft under the roof, where you find another bedroom with a single bed.



The rent includes:

- consumption of electricity, water and gas

- access and reserved umbrella by the swimming pool in the woods

For years the village of Raggiolo has been part of a careful work of re-evaluation and protection by the pro-local association \"Brigata di Raggiolo\" and by the Ecomuseo del Casentino project, in 2015 it became part of the most beautiful villages of \'Italy.

We had a fab family holiday in Raggiolo. Luca was very friendly and helpful .The local people were very welcoming. The accommodation was superb.

Lieu idéal pour se reposer.

Nous venons de passer trois jours dans l'appartement Ribustino 2. Le lieu assez retiré permet de se ressourcer mais aussi de se rendre en voiture à Florence en 1 h ou Sienne en 1h30.

Nice to stay for a few days

Nice clean apartment situated in small village up in the mountains. All equipment needed for a nice stay. Maybe a few remarques: -swimming pool is to far away (you need car to get there) - you need to be in good condition to walk up and down to your apartment (the small streets are steep) Nevertheless, we had a wonderful time. Recommend if you like the view of the Toscane mountains. If you don’t like the heat of the big cities like Florence in summertime I recommend as well. Temperatures dropped at night so we had a good night of sleep.

Lejligheden levede helt op til de billeder, der var taget.

Det var et rigtig charmerende sted. Et lukket samfund på toppen af et bjerg. Spændende at opleve og god træning for lår og læg, at færdes i gaderne :-) Det eneste der ikke levede op til forventningerne var placeringen af poolen. Vi havde booket lejligheden med den forventning, at der var pool i "baghaven", og det var der ikke. Der var en pool et eller andet sted, men vi fandt den ikke!

Super Erholsam schöne Natur

Wir waren super begeistert von dem Ort Raggiolo und der Umgebung... Auch die Dorf Bewohner waren immer sehr nett.... Auch wenn man kein Italienisch kann ,kann man sich mit englisch weiterhelfen ... Im nahe gelegenen Nachbar Ort hat man auch Lidl ,Penny und andere Geschäfte gefunden. Der Pool befindet sich außerhalb zu Fuß ca.15min mit dem Auto natürlich schneller. Über die Wohnung ,es ist alles vorhanden es hat nichts gefehlt ,die Küche ist etwas klein aber fein.. Rom , Pisa , Venedig kann man super mit dem Auto erreichen ... Wir Können Italien so wie den Ort und das Dorf nur weiter empfehlen... Noch mal ein dickes danke schön an die Familie Luca Minocchi... Haben uns gut erholt!!!!

Une semaine de charme et tranquillité

Nous avons passé ma fille (14 ans) et moi une semaine dans cet appartement, Location impeccable, très confortable même si le logement manque un peu de luminosité et la terrasse un peu trop en hauteur et éloignée pour en profiter pleinement. Quelques problemes de débit d'eau qui n'incombent pas à Luca mais à la municipalité certainement débordée par la surpopulation estivale à remédier tout de meme car vite agaçant. Village en pierres magnifique et environnement très agréable; animations le soir tres sympa (concert, cirque en comédia del arte tres amusant meme sans parler l'Italien) La piscine,à l'écart du village est aussi agréable et bien entretenue mais un peu difficile à atteindre à pied. De beaux endroits à visiter dans les environs mais un peu loin de Florence et Sienne. L'endroit et Luca notre hote nous ont permis de passer un tres bon moment dans cet endroit à recommander.

Bonne trouvaille que cet appartement!

Nous sommes restés 10 jours, moi, ma femme et les deux enfants (15 et 17 ans).L'endroit est un peu isolé; le village est construit à flanc de colline; toutes les maisons en pierre semblent restaurées. Quoique pas très grand, le logement loué est authentique, propre et bien aménagé; literie irréprochable. Cuisine un peu petite et équipement limité. Piscine, comme sur les photos. Très bons contacts avec Luca, l'homme-ressource de l'endroit! Les habitants sont accueillants et habitués au tourisme. Village doté d'une petite épicerie et d'un excellent et surprenant resto pour un si petit village; grande surface à 10 km (on trouve tout). Le village occupe une position est-ouest plus ou moins centrale. La visite de la Toscane, à l'ouest, nécessite des déplacements, mais du même coup, l'est de l'Italie est également à portée, comme les plages de Rimini et la république de San Marino. Merci à Luca et aux habitants de l'accueil qu'ils nous ont réservé! Bonnes vacances à tous! Frédéric et Katia, de Belgique

"Tout était formidable, d''abord l''accueil très chaleureux, et la petite maison très propre et idéale pour 5 personnes. Seul petit bémol l''équipement cuisine, mais bon avec 35° C les salades sont les bienvenues. La piscine est très agréable, il faut marcher 10 minutes pour y accéder par un petit chemin qui traverse le village, c''est très mignon, sinon en voiture c''est 2 minutes. Après 2 semaines passées là-bas, nous étions requinqués pour retourner travailler."

"Nous avons passé chez Luca et Daniele un séjour remarquable. leur gentillesse, la beauté du village (extraordinaire, mais à éviter si vous avez des problèmes pour vous déplacer à pied), tout était très bien. l''équipement de la maison, surtout en matière de cuisine, est un peu juste, mais nous ne sommes pas en vacances pour passer du temps devant les fourneaux ! La piscine, très bien entretenue, est un peu éloignée mais cela permet de faire un petite promenade soit par la forêt (on longe un petit ruisseau), soit par les très belles ruelles; alors... quelles importante ? côté visites, Florence est à 1h15 environ (par la montagne, très jolie route), d''autres sites un peu plus loin à l''ouest (San Gimignano,Sienne, ...), Arezzo à 3/4 h à l''est.en conclusion, c''est une très belle trouvaille que cette location. vraiment ! "

"C''est toujours délicat de partir "à l''aveugle" vers une destination virtuelle! MAIS pour ce qui est de Raggiolo, chez Luca et Danièle, quel choix fantastique! en effet, l''appartement est tout ce qu''il y''a de plus correct, certes, l''équipement est restreint pour les plus cuisiniers mais le village est sublime, les gens y sont adorables, c''est assez centré, donc les visites touristiques sont très accessibles; petit conseil: ne pas hésiter à prendre le train à Arezzo (30 kilomètres de Raggiolo)pour se rendre à Florence ou autre!le seul petit inconvénient (et ceci est très personnel!) c''est qu''une très grande fréquentation franco française à "Burgo di corsi" peut limiter le vrai, grand dépaysement!!!bonnes vacances!"

"Ce petit et magnifique v...

"Ce petit et magnifique village médiéval pitoresque est remarquablement bien soigné, les habitants chaleureux, les loueurs sont très sympatiques. Les voitures y sont interdites (physiquement les rues sont impénétrables car trops étroites), les places de parking un peu éloignées uniquement le week-end. La semaine on trouve de la place assez prêt du village. Et pour décharger on accède au coeur du village si nécessaire. Les logements sont décorés avec goût et rien ne manque. C'est calme, ensoleillé mais pas trop chaud. Il y a un agréable petit torent rafraichissant à 5 minutes à pieds, on peut s'y amuser à faire des barrages avec les enfants. La piscine est accessible en voiture à 3 minutes, ou à pied 10min (mais attention ,ça descent et ça remonte très rudement) est propre et bien entretenue, son bar est assez sparciatement pourvu et les prix sont un peu excessifs.(seul point modéré). Les enfants ne doivent pas espérer pouvoir faire du vélo dans le village (trop de dénivelés), ni jouer au balon (si la balle vous échappe, courrez vite pour la rattraper avant qu'elle n'arrive tout en bas du village!). Les découvertes de villages et de sites sont multiples dans les allentours. Mais comptez en temps de parcour et non en km car ça tourne. Florence 55 km mais environ 1h30 de route. La toscane est extrêment belle, et où que l'on aille, on y découvre des paysages absolument magnifiques, des richesses incroyables!"
