This delightful villa with a private pool is located in Krmed, a small quiet place near Bale and only 20 km from Rovinj. It is a ground-floor villa with three double bedrooms, three bathrooms with a shower, spacious lighted living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a covered terrace by the pool. In addition to air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and dishwasher, guests have at their disposal the garden barbecue. Parking spaces are also provided. A beautiful fenced yard with a large garden provides guests with complete privacy and a pleasant space to relax. Enjoy the comfort offers by this beautiful villa in a small Istrian village.

This villa is located in a small village Krmed, only 6 km from Bale and 20 km from Rovinj. Bale is an interesting stone town with a rich history and Istrian tradition, and Rovinj is one of the most famous tourist destinations in this area. Near Krmed there is the medieval town of Dvigrad, which is definitely worth a visit, because there you can really take unforgettable photos. In the nearby Lim Bay, which in addition to its natural beauty is known for its mussel farming, you can taste fish specialties. The nearest airport is Pula Airport, 32 km from the property.

Das Haus ist sauber und die Möbel sind heile. Er hat alles reibungslos geklappt und der Vermieter ist super nett.Allerdings gibt es hier und da optimierungsbedarf, das Besteck und Geschirr sollten aufgefüllt werden.Zu den meisten Töpfen gibt es keinen passenden Deckel. Leider fliegt die Sicherung häufig raus, dass ist sehr nervig . Der Kühlschrank ist für 6 Personen sehr klein.Dennoch war es eine schöne Unterkunft und ein schöner Urlaub.

erholsamer Urlaub mit Familie und Hund

Um es gleich mal auf den Punkt zu bringen, das Haus ist Klasse. Zwei, drei Dinge könnten noch verbessert werden, aber das ist dann schon meckern auf hohem Niveau. Es befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer und zu jedem Zimmer ein eigenes Bad im Erdgeschoss. Der erste Stock ist nicht nutzbar. Die Betten waren OK, aber die Matratzen waren sehr hart (ist gewöhnungsbedürftig) und jetzt kommt ein Kritikpunkt - die Kopfkissen waren extrem klein und sehr flach, was extrem unangenehm beim Schlafen war. Wir haben uns nach ein paar Tagen in Rovinj eigene Kissen gekauft, denn an Schlafen war so nicht wirklich zu denken. Die Küche ist ganz gut ausgestattet mit allen Geräten die man so braucht, Geschirr und Besteck sind ausreichend vorhanden. Einzig normale Messer fehlen, dafür gibt es ausschließlich Steak Messer. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt und für kleine Kinder und Hunde ausbruchssicher, was für uns sehr wichtig war, da unsere Hündin das Freilaufen nicht gewohnt ist. Der Garten war ziemlich vernachlässigt und hat nicht wirklich schön ausgesehen. Da wurde gefühlt seit Monaten nicht mehr sauber gemacht. Der Ort Krmed ist sehr klein und die Häuser sind sehr weit verzweigt. Also wenn man Einsamkeit sucht, ist man hier am richtigen Ort. Alles in Allem kann ich das Haus nur empfehlen. Für uns war alles top !! Vielen Dank auch an Matija unseren Host von Nowarent. Er war per WhatsApp jederzeit erreichbar und hat sehr schnell geantwortet.

Toller Aufenthalt

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber. Der Garten mit Pool und Grill hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Liegen sollten jedoch bei Gelegenheit mal ausgetauscht werden, sie sind alt und teilweise auch schon kaputt. Ein Badezimmer ist bereits renoviert, es wäre schön gewesen, wenn auch die anderen bereits renoviert gewesen wären, es hat jedoch nicht gestört. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Perfekte Villa

Rundum das perfekte Haus für uns 4 . Es hätten locker noch 2 Personen mehr sein können. Das Haus ist sehr sehr sauber und gemütlich uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. "Frau Marlen" ist sehr nett und hat sich bei Fragen innerhalb weniger Minuten zurückgemeldet. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank. Der Garten und der Pool sehr gepflegt. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Die nächstgelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in Bale/Valle ca 6,5 km entfernt. Da gibt es einen Bäcker 2 kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte und noch einiges mehr. Uns hat es allen sehr gefallen und wir würden diese Villa immer wieder Buchen.
