About this property

Attractive holiday home at 250 m from the sea / beach and village center; Free WIFI

A uniquely situated completely renovated authentic fisherman's cottage, built in the early 1900's. It is approximately 250 meters from the beach, the Boulevard and the pleasant village center of Noordwijk aan Zee.

The Juttershuisje is located on one of the last remaining 'residential dams' in Noordwijk. A residential dam is a connecting street for pedestrians between 2 'larger' streets, which means that it is in a quiet location, yet centrally and close to everything. The beach, shops, restaurants, everything is within walking distance.

The Juttershuisje was renovated in 2012 and converted into a very comfortable holiday home with all modern conveniences, while retaining charming details such as the old wooden beams.

On the ground floor you will find the hall and the toilet. An attractive open kitchen with a dishwasher, combi microwave, kettle, senseo and Nespresso, etc.
The cozy kitchen table is suitable for 6 people. In addition, in the living area is a cozy sitting area with TV, DV-D and a CD player and the doors to the terrace. Free WiFi is available throughout the house. The adjoining barn was renovated in 2015, making it now possible to store around 4 bicycles. Since the beginning of 2016 there is an outdoor shower in the garden.

On the floor there is a luxurious bathroom with sink, a bath with shower facilities, a 2nd toilet and sufficient storage space for all your toilet items.

There is a spacious landing on the first floor and there are two bedrooms. A master bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. There is sufficient cupboard and storage space on the entire floor.

At the cottage you will receive a card with which you can park for free in the street for 3 hours as well as a card with which you can park indefinitely on a large parking lot, located about 700 m. From the cottage.

The Juttershuisje is for 4 people, an additional bed for a (small) extra person or a cot is possible on request. Furthermore, the Juttershuisje is equipped with all conveniences such as hand and kitchen linen, bed linen and we do not charge any extra costs for this.

You can't beat the location! Minutes from the beach, a bike rental up the street, and an easy ride to the Bollenstreek area. The host is very prompt with communication and all the detailed information. Easy check in and out. It's a little more involved with parking not at the house but down the road at a lot, not an issue as it's included but good to note. The rooms are up steep stairs, which my kids loved, but if you have knee issues or mobility you need to know. A very well stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze. I think one review said the pictures don't do it justice, it is so cute and the perfect little beach cottage.

Relax by the sea

We loved this property. Host is incredibly responsive and helpful. Two blocks from dining, shopping, groceries and just a couple more blocks to the beach. We had such a good time sitting on the patio in the evenings.

The Juttershuisje is located on a very quiet side street. It’s just a few hundred meters’ walk to the beach. Inside, the house features a great layout with plenty of space for three people. It’s lovingly decorated, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. We especially appreciated the fantastic drip coffee maker, which allowed us to brew a really good, hot cup of coffee. One minor drawback is the parking lot, which is a bit further away (but free for guests). However, you’ll only need the car for trips to the surrounding area. Groceries can be easily purchased within walking distance.Maaike, our host, was very friendly and helpful. She responded very quickly to any questions we had. We’d love to come back.

lovely house, great location

This cottage is in a great location, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants of Noordwijk. It's a good size for a family visit, clean, pretty spacious (but does have steep stairs) and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the only thing that was really missing was a washing machine. This is a lovely spot for a summer (or autumn - we stayed here last year too) family holiday. I'd definitely recommend it.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig. Die Lage ist sehr Strand- und Einkaufs nah. Fußläufig auch für kleinere Kinder (3 u. 5 Jahre)Das Haus ist nicht im modernsten Zustand aber gemütlich und alles da was man braucht.

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt gelegen. Kurze Wege zum Strand und in die Innenstadt. Die Größe und Ausstattung war genau richtig für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Lediglich die Bezüge der Sofagarinturen könnten eine etwas intensivere Reinigung vertragen. Ansonsten hatten wir eine tolle Zeit vor Ort. Besonders hervorzuheben, ist der einfach Check-in und Check-out Prozess inkl. Parkplatz Reservierung und natürlich die sehr freundliche und einfache Kommunikation mit Maaike selbst.

Fijn plekje

We waren hier 8 dagen. Perfecte lokatie, dicht bij strand en winkels. Het huisjes was prima. Met de warme dagen boven wel warm maar 's nachts koelde het lekker af. En de host (Maaike) kwam nog 2 ventilatoren brengen, dat was fijn. De buitendouche was aangenaam, direct lekker afspoelen na een stranddag. Het contact met Maaike verliep heel soepel. Ze was ook flexibel rond de in- en uitcheck tijden omdat dat kon op dat moment.Fijne tijd gehad hier. Dochter van 19 was ook tevreden.

Süßes kleines Häuschen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem kleinen alten Haus. Ein paar Dinge benötigen Reparatur, aber insgesamt ist es wirklich sehr schön. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Empfehlenswertes Ferienhäuschen in guter Lage, zu fairem Preis

Wir haben zu 5. über das Osterwochenende ein paar entspannte Tage verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Maaike lief absolut reibungslos und sehr angenehm, die Infos zu An- und Abreise, Parken, etc. waren sehr ausführlich. Dem Häuschen selbst merkt man an, dass es schon lange als Ferienhaus dient, es ist allerdings auch sehr gemütlich! Die Lage zum Strand ist dazu wirklich optimal.Sollten wir einen weiteren Urlaub in Noordwijk planen, kommen wir gerne wieder c:

Wir haben uns in dem historischen Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war schön ruhig. Die sonnigeTerrasse lädt zum Frühstücken ein.Das Meer, der gute Bäcker und ein Lebensmittelladen waren zu Fuß in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Rundum glücklich!

Ich bin mit meinen 3 Kindern angereist (5 Jahre, 3 Jahre und 1 Jahr). Die Lage des Hauses ist unschlagbar, man ist wirklich in wenigen Gehminuten am Strand und muss nur eine Straße überqueren. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gemütlich, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten! Auch das Equipment im Haus war großartig, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Maaike war absolut problemlos - sie ist sehr zuvorkommend und super sympathisch. Jede Frage die ich hatte wurde schnell beantwortet und sie war immer hilfsbereit. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen und das Haus buchen :) Dankeschön liebe Maaike für den schönen Aufenthalt und hoffentlich bis bald!

Fine weekend

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, genau wie auf den Bildern. Alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist zu fuss 3 min zum Meer und 3min zu den Geschäften. Toll sind auch die Parkmoglichkeiten, die wir angeboten bekommen haben. Ein Ausflug nach Den Haag gut möglich. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist sehr schnell, klar und mega freundlich. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Danke noch mal dafür. Falls wir noch mal nach noordwijk fahren, gerne wieder in dieses Ferienhaus. Grüße Ellen

Supersüßes Häuschen ganz nah am Strand

Voll ausgestattet, außer einer Waschmaschine, sonst aber ist alles da! Gemütlich und kuschelig eingerichtet im Vintage-Stil, das Kinderzimmer ist ganz klein, aber hat für unsere Mädels gut geklappt! Ganz nah zum Strand! Leider aber keine Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus. Für mich als Dauer-Autofahrer gewöhnungsbedürftig gewesen. Würden dennoch jederzeit wieder kommen!

Top Lage

Absolute Empfehlung für einen Kurzurlaub. Tolle Lage, Meer und Städtchen sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar in ein paar Minuten. Im Haus ist alles wichtige vorhanden. Vermieterin sehr freundlich!
