This 3 bedroom apartment is located in the stylish Park Apartments which have the benefit of a parking space for one car. Located on Holyrood Road, just a stone’s throw away from the Scottish Parliament and Holyrood Palace, the apartment is ideal for those wishing to make the most of their time in Edinburgh as most of the tourist attractions are a short walk away and the energetic can reach the top of Arthur’s Seat in about 20 minutes. There are numerous bars and restaurants close by as well as a Tesco supermarket just up the road.
The apartment has been decorated and furnished to a high specification. The accommodation comprises a spacious living/dining/kitchen. The sitting area benefits from lovely views over Holyrood Park to Salisbury Crags. Comfortable seating comprising two sofas and an armchair is grouped round the windows. A large TV and DVD player have been provided as well as a selection of DVDs.
The dining area has a table providing seating for up to 6 guests should you wish to make use of the well equipped kitchen area. This has granite work surfaces and is bordered by a breakfast bar. There is double electric oven and gas hob with overhead stainless steel extractor, dishwasher and plenty of crockery and cookware. An internal utility room houses laundry facilities and has washer/dryer and a sink.
The master bedroom is at the front of the property benefiting from views to Salisbury Crags. It the advantage of an en-suite bathroom with a bath, separate shower and loo and wash hand basin. Beds in the Master Bedroom and the second bedroom can be made up as a super king or twins on request. The third bedroom has a double bed. All three bedrooms are luxuriously equipped and profit from built in units with plenty of hanging and drawer space. A further bathroom completes the accommodation.
There is parking for one car in an underground car back as well as bicycle racks should you wish to hire bicycles during your stay in Edinburgh. There is an NCP car park close by for guests travelling with a second car. Spaces can be reserved in advance of your stay here – . The apartment is wheelchair accessible, but the there is a step up to the shower, so please call for more information before booking if you have special requirements. Please note that the balcony is locked and is not available for guest use.

Due to the rules of the factors of this building and it's close proximity to The Scottish Parliament, we are not permitted to have a key safe at this property. We therefore use a nearby Key Nest facility for the key collection. As a result, it is very important that you let us know how you are travelling to Edinburgh, and your expected time of arrival, so we can choose the most convenient place for you to pick up the keys. The options are Waverley train station, Ibis Hotel Hunter Square. You will be sent a Key Nest code 48 hours prior to your arrival which you will need to quote to the member of staff at the Key Nest facility to obtain the keys.

There were 6 of us staying in the apartment and it exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was huge and had everything we needed. The building is very secure and the designated parking spot in the garage on the ground floor was very much appreciated
This flat was perfect for our family holiday in Edinburgh! The flat itself is accommodating and comfortable and the location is ideally situated close to the big attractions but in a quiet corner near Arthur’s Seat.
We had a great time exploring the area from your lovely and spacious accommodation. Easy access and the parking space was helpful. Would definitely highly recommend!

Great location for anyone visiting Edinburgh. Very close to some great restaurants and bars. The property was clean, well stocked and as described on line. Would definitely go back.
The parking garage made this an excellent place to stay within walking distance to the Royal Mile and shopping locations. Plenty of space for our family of 5 with 2 adults and 3 teenagers.
Lovey spot need Holyrood, away from the traffic of the Royal Mile. A bit further from transportation, but absolutely worth it for the peace. We loved our stay!
Clean and comfortable apartment in ideal location to explore Edinburgh. The kitchen was well stocked and beds comfortable. A nice size and secure parking was also included. A washer dryer was a bonus as well. There was one quirky issue with the apartment which is that the wood floors squeak when you walk on them. While we didn’t find it annoying other guests might. Lastly the key pickup worked well but it is cumbersome to have to go to an off site location AND then have to get into apartment to get the fob key for the garage before you can park.
The apartment offers a comfortable home base for a family vacation. Located in a quiet corner of Edinburgh, it has a stunning view looking up toward Arthur’s Seat and is easily walkable to the city’s many other attractions,
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at the apartment. We were in recovery mode after weeks on the road. Your space was everything we needed to have a great time together. We were so close to all the attractions, shopping and restaurants. We hope to be back again.

Beautiful apartment 10 minutes walk from everything on the Royal Mile. Really enjoyed being able to relax with friends in the open plan living arrangement, after a busy day. Everything was there that we needed and we would definitely stay again 😊
This was the perfect spot for us. The apartment is incredibly well furnished (could maybe use a few more towels, but that's a minor point) and has all the facilities needed to make a great home-away-from-home for our week in Edinburgh. Location is super central without ever being noisy so we enjoyed convenience and peace all week. Simply wonderful!!
Wonderful location, beautiful apartment, perfect place for our family. A little difficult on check-in—keys at one location, apartment at a different location. Other than that it was wonderful!
The flat was perfect for our needs (5 people) and exactly as pictured and described. All communications were clear and prompt making it very easy. Pick up of keys was off site but simple following the instructions. Having the small grocery nearby was very handy. We had a wonderful stay.
The flat was clean, very well stocked and convenient to Royal Mile but out off the noisy area. Check in was flawless and we were allowed a very early check in so stowing luggage was not a concern. If in Edinburgh in the future, we would stay here again!
