Charming detached Villa in a spectacular location, Bahia de Fornells, North of Menorca, a 25 mn drive from Mahon Airport. Villa "Nina" has everything you need for a terrific family and friends vacation. Very quiet residential area with access to water sports meters away (wind surf, kite surf, sailing, water sports...). Fornells village is about 1 km with a safe cycling path and spectacular beaches 5 mn away (Playas de Fornells) or 15 mn away (Playa de Cavalleria, San Tomas, Son Bou,...). Enjoy!

Sublime Ses Salines Villa

This was a wonderful property in a quiet beautifully maintained suburb very close to the wonderful fishing village of Fornells. Great location on the island. Wonderful care and advice from the owner Bruno.

Pros - good location - short drive from Fornells beach which was lovely. Pool was nice and warm. House was very clean. Air conditioning worked well. Good size and looked like photos. Quiet neighbourhood. Cons - set up more for 4 more comfortably than 6. Eg dining table had 4 seats so had to move a seat from elsewhere to be able to sit together. Beds uncomfortable (had to buy a mattress topper for son as it was too lumpy for him to sleep on). Knives so blunt I needed to buy replacement ones.

The house has 3 large bedrooms with 2 single beds in each, and a master bed for a couple, brand new mattresses. We will however review the state of each of them end of season. Aircon in each bedroom. I have to disagree with you that the house is not comfortable for 6 guests, that is not the case at all. There are also 6 pool beds. Sorry to hear your son could not cope. We have in total in the house 14 sitting chairs, very comfortable menorquina director chair style that can be moved around. This is a home were things can be moved around if necessary as long as guests put everything back together as they found them. Knives can be sharpened, we will get them to be sharper. The kitchen is fully equipped as well as the BBQ. You do have to buy coal if there is none left from previous guests. Also important to lock the house when you leave as we must make sure no one can enter, specially in summer season. We have the house in other platforms with stellar factual reviews.

Family holiday in Ses Salines

Beautiful villa in a fantastic location. Close to good restaurants in the local area, all within walking distance. Villa was as described as in listing but on our arrival we felt that the pool area and bathrooms needed a little updating. However, this did not stop us from enjoying our family holiday and we would definitely stay again. Villa owner was very accommodating and informative.

Maison agréable située dans un lotissement calme

Atouts : Calme, piscine, douche extérieure, barbecue, climatisation dans chaque chambre, lave-linge, pas de vis à vis, endroit calme, boite à clés avec digicode permettant d'arriver dans les lieux quelque soit l'heure (notre avion ayant été retardé nous n'avons embêté personne pour la remise des clés), supérette à 200 mètres. Inconvénients : Il faut être véhiculé, le ménage n'était pas au top à notre arrivée, mais rien de grave, il faut prévoir d'apporter ses savons, shampoing, huile d'olive, sel etc, c'est dommage de devoir en acheter lorsqu'on ne reste que deux ou trois jours.

Merci beaucoup pour votre revue! Avec les règles sanitaires actuelles nous ne pouvons plus laisser dans la maison des aliments (meme les plus simples comme huile et sel), nous sommes obligés de tout jeter a chaque changement de locataire. Je ferai une note plus claire pour les prochains vacanciers. Tres bonne continuation. Bruno
