Villa Arual is an elegant and spacious detached villa located in Arenal d’en Castell, Menorca, ideal for families or groups of up to 6 people.



Situated in a quiet area by the sea, it offers a relaxing atmosphere within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable and hassle-free holiday.



The villa has a surface area of 203 m² and features three double bedrooms with air conditioning: two with single beds and one with a double bed, which includes an en-suite bathroom. In addition, there is a second full bathroom with a bathtub.



The independent, fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.



The living room is spacious and bright, furnished with a sofa and armchairs, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi. It also offers direct access to the outdoor area, creating the perfect setting for relaxing or socialising.



Outside, the villa features a private garden with swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers, an outdoor dining area by the pool, and a barbecue, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.

Tourism Tax:



In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, a Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodations in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
