Cute, comfortable house with everything you need. Good location. Walking distance to downtown Napa but far ebough away to be very quiet. Host communicated well. The back patio and hot tub were lovely. The only thing to be aware of is you can’t use the hot tub after 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends. Just something to be aware of for any future renters. We had a wonderful stay!

Thank you for the nice review! The quiet hours for the hot tub are set by the City of Napa and they apply to all legal Vacation Rentals.
Cutest house ever! Super cozy, comfy beds, great kitchen. Very walkable to downtown. Definitely recommend La Casita! Thanks for a great place, Belinda!
The home is beautiful. It was perfect for my daughter and me. It was clean, the beds slept well, plenty of hot water, coffee, and towels. Outside was just as beautiful. The hottub was a wonderful addition to our stay. Treat yourself and stay
This is our first VRBO experience so we were a bit taken aback by all the rules posted everywhere in the place and the text messages before during and right before our checkout. For the money we spent you would think the person coming to clean could do the laundry and wash the dishes!Otherwise the place was very nice and we enjoyed our stay v

Well, I'm a bit taken aback by this review! We send out 2 messages, one 3 days prior to arrival with the address, your entry code, wifi password etc. The 2nd is sent the night before departure with a reminder of check out time and a short departure check list. I am pasting it here for reference. The only things we really ask you to do are take the garbage out to the cans and load and start the dishwasher. Starting a load of towels is toally voluntary. There are no rules posted anywhere except a reminder about the limited hours of hot tub use at the back door and next to the hot tub, which is required by the City of Napa as part of our vacation rental license. No other "rules" are posted anywhere. We are not uptight people.
Check out is tomorrow at 10:30.
Please do the following prior to departure -
· Load and start dishwasher
· Clean barbeque if used.
· Empty garbage into garbage cans/recycle bins after 8 AM only. If you are leaving early, please leave the garbage inside.
· Wash one load of towels and start in dryer (appreciated if you have time but not required) or put all used towels in the bathtub.
· Turn off heat/air conditioning, electronics, fans and lights.
· Check for any personal belongings.
· Sign the guest journal if you would like.
· Close Windows and Lock all doors
· Please text our housekeeper when you leave and let us know if anything needs attention
Thank you for staying with us!
Great 4 day stay. Conveniently located. Short walk to downtown and Riverwalk. Back yard is great for hanging out and enjoying breakfast. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need if you decide to cook. Small home was perfect for the two of us.
Fantastic!! I can’t say enough great things about this house in Napa. It’s in the perfect location! The house itself is decorated so cute and was absolutely immaculate. The host is so great & responsive. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back again!
My husband and I enjoyed the house. It was close to downtown Napa and a perfect space to relax. The patio and hot tub were great as well.

The cozy bungalow was exactly that - cozy. The farmhouse sink, full kitchen, clean home on a quiet street with couples and families who walked their dogs daily gave us the comfort of home. Being in walking distance of downtown was a plus. It was also easy to get to highways or attractions nearby, like the trolley tour to a castle in wine country. We liked the tour at Cakebread winery also. We were able to find a sports bar nearby to watch the Stanley Cup playoff game. The drive to Bodega Bay was an easy trip out to the coast. We were able to walk to the Oxbow market for lunch at the Model bakery. Very good English muffins. The cozy backyard was a great place to have dinner and then sit by the fountain for a drink after dinner.
