Great Location

Apartment was well equipped and perfect for a short term visit to Granada. Short walk to restaurants and attractions. The supplied parking is modern, spacious and clean. We would recommend this place to friends.

A nearby street appeared to offer help to beggars so we had to walk through a large crowd of rough looking people at one point who were waiting to be let in for food we assumed. A Noisy Start but a pleasant ending!

Due to the location of the apartment (almost attached to the university) and our arrival on May 2 and May 3rd being a holiday the narrow labyrinth of streets were crowded with loud and many beer swigging students - yelling and screaming late into the night. The temperature outside was in the low 30’s and the male students were urinating in the streets - put the two together and the odour was not pleasant. After the holiday was over things settled down and it was quite peaceful. The apartment is very clean and modern, well equipped and the bedroom is very quite at night. The patio was a nice place to unwind in the evening. Amelia , the hostess was a great help and very pleasant to deal with. It was a very easy check in and out. The parking is about a 10 minute plus walk from the front door and not in the building.. Granada offers a lot of great things to see and do. Most things are walkable but the Alhambra is a bit too far - better to take a cab. All in all a great place to stay.

Está ubicado en el centro muy cerca de la catedral, la plaza de las pasiegas y la alcaceria . Todo muy limpio . Ines es un encanto y en todo momento ha estado pendiente de nosotros , antes de la llegada durante la estancia y la despedida . Tienes cápsulas de café, nesquik , aceite sal y azúcar en monodosis . Sábanas limpias y cama muy cómoda. El punto de tener parking cerca y gratis es importante Y el patio es una maravilla para desayunar cada día o salir a tomar el aire
