Boatman's Cottage is a delightful detached bungalow resting in Balmacara, Scottish Highlands. Hosting one twin bedroom, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to two guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric woodburning-effect stove. Outside there is off-road parking for one car, and a porch/sunroom with furniture. Please note the property only accepts one booking per week. Boatman's Cottage is a magnificent base for exploring the Scottish Highlands.

Nearby, a range of attractions will occupy your time, including Eilean Donan Castle, a popular landmark among tourists, situated on the edge of a stone causeway on the shores of Loch Duich. The area is full of unspoiled lochs and bays, travelling south you will discover Glenelg peninsula, and travelling north the picturesque village of Plockton greets you.

Great location and cosy- saw otters and dolphins - just needs a really good clean - bedroom window filthy, kitchen surfaces sticky etc - also, TV/satellite so difficult to work, even for a techie, couldn’t get shower colder and no instructions - get these things sorted and it’s 5*.
