Apartment with Jacuzzi, adjacent to Piazza Navona and Campo de 'Fiori, in the historic center of Rome. The area is very characteristic with alleys, restaurants, street performers and is well connected with a bus terminus behind the house that allows you to move comfortably either on foot or by public transport. Ideal for those who want to see and experience the atmosphere of the "Eternal City".

To complete the property you have smart TV with NETFLIX and PRIME VIDEO (archive with over 1000 films and TV series in different languages), free fiber optic WIFI (very fast), air conditioning, independent heating, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, kettle, NESPRESSO capsule coffee machine, table and iron, excellent quality upholstery and furniture.

We were met by the owners employee who was very nice. The bathrooms were old with poor water pressure. The clothes washing machine did not properly spin, forcing us to take our clothes to a laundromat to dry. We did not try to use the jacuzzi. The air conditioning unit is extremely loud and we had to turn it off at night so we could sleep.The location is excellent

Perfect location to see everything
Apartment is staged in a perfect location. I was able to walk and see everything from the coliseum to the Vatican in 2 days. Close to farmers market that converts to restaurants by 4pm with great night life. The host was knowledgeable about what restaurants to eat at and was able to set me up in the apartment in about 7 minutes. This place also has all the great amenities we come to take for granted. AC through out and hot water on demand.

You do NOT get what you see :-( Vorsicht!
Die Ferienwohnung war eine sehr große Enttäuschung für uns !!! Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist ein Zimmer im Keller ohne Tageslicht, was über die Annonce bei fewo-direkt.de so weder beschrieben wird, noch über die hübschen Fotos erkennbar ist! Ein Entlüfter hielt die Feuchtigkeit in dem Kellerschlafzimmer bei 52%. Ohne den Entlüfter war es zwar leise genug zum Schlafen, die Feuchtigkeit lag dann aber bei 82%! Für uns unmöglich dort zu übernachten! Somit musste einer von uns auf dem Tagesbett im Eingangsbereich schlafen! Das hatten wir uns bei dem Preis anders vorgestellt !!! Das WLAN ist in der Wohnung nur eingeschränkt verfügbar! Telefonieren konnten wir nur direkt im Fensterrahmen am Fenster im 1. OG! Sehr schlechtes Netz! Keine Brandmelder! Kühlschrank war stark vereist! Schimmel in der Dusche! Das obere Mini-Bad hatte starke Ausdünstungen! Neben der Wohnung ist eine Motorradwerkstatt mit Flex-, Bohr- und Motorgeräuschen von morgens bis abends! Kein Entgegenkommen vom Vermieter bzw. dessen Angestellten P., der uns anfangs den Schlüssel übergeben hat und unsere Kontaktperson war. Die letzte Info von P. war, dass er mit dem Vermieter spricht. Wir wollten einen Preisnachlass. Dann war Funkstille, Kontaktabbruch! Die Wohnung ist nicht mal die Häfte wert. Fewo-direkt ist auch nur der Vermittler der Wohnung. Der Vertrag wird mit einem italienischen Wohnungseigentümer eingegangen. Ganz klar: Vorsicht vor einem Urlaub in DIESER Ferienwohnung! You do NOT get what you see !!!!!!! :-(

The property was quite clean, and in a good neighborhood just far enough off campo de fiori to be quiet at night. The AC is only a tiny unit in the upstairs bedroom, and is not able to cool at all. Very responsive with requests for a fan, etc, but not a comfortable stay during a heat wave. Very convenient location.
