A must when visiting Sedbergh

A great place to stay
Ideal stay was had for both the cricket and our annual golf holiday in Cumbrian district
Good parking and very close to good restaurants and Pubs in Sedburgh town centre. I would recommend anyone planning to stay in the area stay win the Hawgill apartments

A quick week’s escape
I came across Howgills on the Internet as we wanted a weeks stay in Sedburgh. The property was excellent and lovely and quiet. The location was superb, only a short stroll to the village centre.

Family weekend
Very comfortable apartment for a weekend get together with our adult children. Apartment was well equipped warm and comfortable. It was quiet and had fabulous views. I would definitely stay her again

Wonderful apartment
Lovely well appointed dog friendly apartment located centrally in Sedbergh. Bed comfortable. Shower hot and powerful. Nice veranda (but not in Nov!). Easy access although would be much easier to unload from the car park? (A gate on the veranda would make a big difference).
The property wasnt easily found in the dark - maybe improve directions?

First time in Sedbergh
A comfortable week was had by my friend and I whilst staying in this warm and clean apartment. Accessibility to the car was made easy by the patio doors to carpark.
Sedbergh is equipped with shops for supplies and places to eat in close proximity. Owners and caretakers of the property only too happy to help if needed. Will have no hesitation to stay here again.

A super little apartment in a great location
We stayed just three nights, with our dog, hence choosing a ground floor apartment with very handy patio doors off the living room. Everything we needed was provided, and the provision of, for example, cooking oil and a decent cafetière, were much appreciated.
All spotlessly clean and comfy, and everything worked which is far from typical in holiday accommodation in my experience!
Would have welcomed understanding why the heating would come on during the night, but that didn’t affect our enjoyment of the accommodation and the lovely town.

Beautiful Apartments in a Beautiful Setting.
We had yet another holiday at these apartments. The apartmentments are set looking over Sedbergh with easy access to shops, cafes and pubs. There is an exelent market on Wednesdays. We park our car and don’t use it for the next week. It is great walking and cycling country, not to mention a lovely place to chill.
The Apartments have excellent facilities and are spotlessly clean, even when those that a dog friendly. A little tip when you book directly check exactly what facilities the apartment has as they differ.
I should also mention the staff and customer care, which are very friendly and helpful.
We will be booking again next year.

Fantastic Accomodation in a Beautiful Area.
We had a lovely stay in apartment eight. Which is always very spic and span. It’s disabled friendly, which is I have balance problems suits me well. The walk in shower was especially helpful. We enjoyed a walk out and a couple of cycles. The community orchard on the way was fascinating. Sadly you can’t book the weather, but enjoyed ourselves nonetheless.
We would thoroughly recommend Howgills Appartments.

Fantastic group of people who run this property and they went out of their way to accommodate me. Great location which is just a very short walk to all area points of interest. The cleaning team do a great job ensuring all is thoroughly cleaned and ready for arrival. Booking staff extremely responsive. Extremely pleased and have already booked my next stay.
