Villa Sunshine is a charming holiday home, ideal for those seeking tranquillity, privacy and beautiful open views in a peaceful rural setting of the Algarve.



The living and dining area is bright and welcoming, offering a comfortable space to relax and enjoy quality time together, with direct access to the outdoor areas and a seamless connection between interior and exterior living.



The villa is set on a single level and features one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, both served by a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, providing comfort and practicality for guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, designed to make everyday meal preparation easy and enjoyable during your stay.



Outside, the property offers a generous garden surrounding the private swimming pool, along with pleasant outdoor areas ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Algarve climate. There is also a covered outdoor dining area with a portable barbecue, perfect for al fresco meals in a calm and natural environment.



An external staircase leads to the rooftop terrace, where panoramic 360 degree views create an ideal setting to enjoy peaceful moments and memorable sunsets.



Villa Sunshine is located in a quiet rural area near Armacao de Pera, within easy reach of beaches, restaurants, shops and leisure options, offering the perfect balance between serenity and accessibility.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum/multiples 7 night stay & Changeover day is on Saturday, however this may be flexible in low season.

Recently refurbished, and all the fittinga are brand new. Super outdoor living space, in quiet rural location, but 10 minutes drive from Lagoa 2 brilliant restaurants in nearby village Perfect fro country down time, but near enough to the beach if you need it Needs pool heating during autumn!!!

Great property away from the main areas but close enough to walk or short drive to shops and beach etc Villa is great, only issue we had was the pool cleaner walked in without knocking it ringing which we had specifically asked not to happen.

Relaxing holidays

The villa itself was very comfortable, with all the amenities one could ask for. The well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation easy, while the spacious living areas provided ample room for relaxation and socializing. The highlight, however, was undoubtedly the outdoor space, complete with a pool. Whether lounging by the pool with a good book or enjoying an alfresco dinner, every moment spent outdoors was pure bliss. The location of the villa was also ideal, offering a peaceful retreat away from bustle of the city, yet just a short drive from the Albufeira center. Here, we found an array of shops, restaurants, and attractions to explore, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a memorable holiday. The villa itself was simple in design, it more than made up for it with its comfort and functionality. The addition of reliable internet was a welcome bonus. Overall, our experience at this villa in Ferreiras was extremely positive. With its tranquil surroundings, well-appointed amenities, and convenient location, it provided the perfect setting for a relaxing retreat. Thank you to the staff who was great during our stay.

Secluded Sanctuary

A friend from high school and I stayed for a week in early May. We loved how peaceful and relaxed it was (just a little outside the more heavily-touristed areas). Mornings and evenings around the pool were divine. Very little traffic on the road leading to the property (maybe 1-2 vehicles every 20 minutes or so). The property had almost everything we needed. Groceries, restaurants, pharmacies and other services were only a short drive away, and we always felt quite safe and comfortable. It was a little tricky getting in and out thru the gated driveway entry due to the road being quite narrow. Don’t remember if the property listing mentioned it, but there was no electric clothes dryer (not a problem though as we found the clothesline outside). Also, the property is on septic, so no paper in the toilet was a little different (but being avid campers it wasn’t a difficult adjustment). So much to do and see in the area, fantastic weather and friendly people made our stay very enjoyable. Easy access to the main roads spanning the entire region was also an advantage.

Vorsicht vor diesem Vermieter / dieser Agentur

Schönes Haus, aber sehr schlechter Service seitens des Vermieters. Viele ergebnislose Anrufe, kein Entgegenkommen für ein früheres Checkin. Das Willkommens-Treffen fand am fünften von sieben Aufenthaltstagen statt, die Agentur Algarve Vacation begründete es mit der Hochsaison. Das negative Highlight dann zum Abschluss: die Kaution wurde vier Tage nach unserer Abreise wegen eines Schadens einbehalten. Niemand konnte uns mitteilen, worin der Schaden bestand. Nach zehn Tagen Funkstille wurde die Kaution dann doch überwiesen. Unsere Erholung war futsch.
