Edificio Europark with beautiful sea views

Our love for Spain, the people, culture and lifestyle, not forgetting an average of 320 sunny days a year saw us buy this beautiful apartment many years ago.

With two good size bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower that leads to the good size living room with direct access to the balcony that has superb sea views and morning sun.

Centrally located in the heart of Benalmadena Costa and close to all amenities you will be spoilt for choice with the array of Spanish and international restaurants and bars.

The award winning marina is only a fifteen minute walk away, Paloma Park is just ten minutes away and you can wander, take a picnic or enjoy a cool cerveza or cafe con leche in one of the cafe bars there.

You will find the apartment home from home and we have tried to think of everything to make your holiday as great as can be.

We also cater for the younger members of your family too with travel cots, high chairs and buggies and also have buckets and spades at hand as well.

Vue sur la mer très agréable et super piscine

Bon séjour, appartement propre, propriétaires acceuillants. Piscine agréable. Appartement bien situé pour les activités (téléphérique, Selwa marina, Parc de la Paloma....

El apartamento cumplió todas nuestras expectativas. Las fotos corresponden con el estado actual del alojamiento. Aunque es pequeño para 4 personas, tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Una cosa mejorar son los olores que salen del baño algunas veces.

Apto.con todo lujo de detalles

Fantástico. Muy limpio y no le faltó ningún detalle. Estaba equipado de lujo.... muy buena situación, el único pero fue la cuesta muy empinada a la hora de acceder andando desde la playa... por lo demás totalmente recomendable. Barry y Claire encantadores y responden rápido a tus dudas.

We love travelling ourselves and enjoy coming home to Spain which holds such happy memories.

We are always at hand to help if required and have a brilliant team in resort as well who can help if needed.

We chose Benalmadena for the area where the Costa del Sol can be explored. The south of Spain benefits on average 320 sunny days a year.

A car is not necessary and the public transport is excellent. If you do want to hire a car we can organise a parking space for you.

Why they chose this property

We chose Edificio Europark for the location in resort.

It is centrally located and only 15 minutes from the award winning Marina - some say the best in Europe.

Paloma Park is only ten minutes away, it is so nice to have a wander around, have a coffee and people watch.

The village of Arroyo de la Miel is just a few minutes away. It is a typical Spanish working village where you will see the locals go about their every day work. There is plenty of shops and a choice of bars and restaurant's to choose from. The train station is here and takes you to the resort of Fuengirola one way or the fabulous city of Malaga the other.

We hope you enjoy our apartment as much as we love looking after guest's!

What makes this property unique

The views from the balcony are fabulous. We love watching the cruise ships sailing by on the Mediterranean Sea.

Having so much at hand makes staying here so perfect for lots of reasons.
